Me! After losing my original one that I'd had for years I decided to upgrade to a Fitbit Versa last month. It's so good. Not sure how accurate the HR monitors are on them but it's very motivating to see how many calories you burn during exercise.
I've upped my daily step goal to 18000 recently as this is achievable during the week (I'm on my feet all day at work) but I slack off on the weekends.
I hope your throat is feeling better.
I had something like that last year. It felt like I had sharp glass for tonsils. Excruciating.
18,000 steps is Awesome! I wish I could get that many.
At work I can get 12,000 easily...but, I don’t return until next month.
I am not sure how accurate the info is, but I am happy to log more than 10,000 steps and 1200 calories.....daily.
