    @AnnofB -It is actually kind of amazing. I started in the Move it Monday group, but was not in a good space at the time I guess because all it seemed to do was make me get behind with my work. However, I changed the time to working for 60 minutes and then walking for 5 because it makes the red lines on my Garmin go away. Now I work for 45 minutes at a time and then walk for 10. Somehow that has been very motivating and I work faster. :laugh: I have not gotten behind with my classes or grading and the miles are adding up, so it is a win win. So much depends on state of mind.

    @Americanbabydoll, I am so sorry that you were ill from the flu shot🌷, you are doing great as I keep reading all the posts, so I'm glad that you are feeling better!! You are closing in on your goal πŸ‘.

    @VeggieGirlforLife, you are so very correct that Jillian Michaels workouts are harder than an advanced Leslie workout! 6-7 years ago I was doing the 30 Day Shred DVD as best as I could, and it was so hard. I was in my early 60s at the time. I used (also modified) the DVD for a couple of weeks and then had to stop. (Actually 'gave up' :laugh: .) I'm right there with @AnnofB because I suspect my copy of the 30 Day Shred is still sitting on the shelf at a local Thrift Store in Texas as well!!! I had originally bought it at a DVD resale shop, and I'll bet they were glad to see it finally sold.
    You are doing some awesome mileage and strength workouts!

    @AnnofB, Your strength days are amazing and consistent! I really like the variety of workouts that you are doing.

    @zichab, your 30 Day Shred will eventually join the other lonely Jillian M DVDs on Thrift Store shelves 😡. I agree wholeheartedly with everything that you wrote about getting older πŸ™ƒπŸ˜œ. You are being the come back girl! Good for you for purposely sitting less! Congratulations on being over goal every night!! and your mileage is adding up quickly! I like your Sit Less plan that you came up with!

    @zichab, all that I know about how to answer your question is that if I force myself to get up, and get something done or exercise, that my mood will definitely improve. Even if only for a while if something else is going on with me.

    Work has been slamming recently. I have only actually been able to 1 ( yes that's right) Leslie workout and not a single more and no one else's either. Yesterday, My watch counted 40 minutes of exercise without me starting a workout. I was on my feet nearly all day until 10 pm working. 31 flights of stairs counted, 7.2 miles tracked! I hurt by the end of the day. So, today was a recovery day.

    Yesterday was a total bust!!!! My granddaughter Face-timed me and during that time, the rain started. She is 5 and she speaks 3 languages, so sometimes she has interesting expressions. The rain was so loud, she heard it and she says to me "Grandma, it is raining like a boss there!!!" I cracked up, but she was right, the rain was coming down like crazy. I went into the bedroom after our Face-time was over and my ceiling was leaking water!!!! :noway: So I spent the rest of the day on the phone with my husband and in my attic trying to keep the "bossy rain" out of my house and ran out of time to work out. Why is it that every thing happens when he is NOT HERE???? :explode:

    I recovered today though just in time for my strength training! Lucky Me! :ohwell:

    @Deeder522 - Oh my gosh 7.2 miles is a workout on its own especially if it includes stairs! I'd add it here as milage that is for sure. You are doing much more than you think as it does not have to be called "exercise" to actually be "fitness." You have to be pretty fit to walk 7.2 miles and climb 31 flights of stairs in one day! My cup is raised to you!!! :drinker:

Wow! you are being slammed by your job's activity you are doing, but you are definitely walking strong as well as exercising with all of that activity.
