My goal for October is to use the strength circuits from LS' Tone Every Zone and also DVD or outdoors walking during the week. I've started to include Jessica Smith's strength circuits & miles also.
October 1: 1.5 hours yard & garden
October 2: 3 miles: 3 Fast & Fun Miles, 1 mini walk, 1 Walk Blaster
October 3: 20 min Fast Walk, Lower Body Circuit, 2 Walk Blasters
October 4: 20 min Fast Walk, Upper Body Circuit, 3 Walk Blasters
October 5: 3 Miracle Miles with band work, 2 Walk Blasters
October 6: Rest Day!
October 7: Lower Body Circuit, 20 min Fast Walk, Brisk and Steady Walk Blaster, Flexibility Walk Blaster
October 8: Upper Body Circuit, 3 miles of 4 Miracle Miles, Upper Body Blaster, Flexibility Walk Blaster
October 9: 2 miles: U5DWP (blue/purple)
October 10: Lower Body Circuit, 20 min Fast Walk, Lower Body Walk Blaster, Flexibility Walk Blaster
October 11: Upper Body Circuit, 2 Miracle Miles, Flexibility Walk Blaster
October 12: 45 min easy walking, 60 min yard/ garden
October 13: Rest Day!
October 14: Lower Body Circuit, 20 min Fast Walk, Lower Body Walk Blaster, Flexibility Walk Blaster
October 15: 90 minutes raking leaves and branch clean up from the previous week's wind and thunderstorm
October 16: 3 miles Walk Your Belly Flat, Tummy Trimmer Walk, Interval Walk, & Flexibility Walk Blasters
October 17: Lower Body Circuit, 20 min Fast Walk, Flexibility Walk Blaster
October 18: 2 miles Walk Slim Fast & Firm (classic and firm band miles), 30 minutes outside walk, 30 min yard work
October 19: 3 miles START (American Heart Assoc walk)
October 20: Rest Day!
October 21: I needed a break from my strength plan, so 2 hours errands & grocery store & extra cleaning
October 22: 4 Miracle Miles. used both the band and additional weights, Flexibility Walk Blaster
October 23: 3 miles of 5 Day Slim Down
October 24: Lower Body Circuit Walk (J.S.), Light Walk & Flexibility Walk Blasters
October 25: Upper Body Circuit Walk (J.S.), 1 Mix & Match Mile (J.S.), Flexibility Walk Blaster
October 26: 2 Miracle Miles, Tummy Trimmer Walk, Dance Walk, & Flexibility Walk Blasters
October 27: Rest Day!
October 28: Tone/Zone:Lower Body Circuit & 20 min Fast Walk. Light Walk, Lower Body, Flexibility Walk Blasters
October 29: Needed an extra Rest Day, light cleaning
October 30: 4 miles of 5 Miracle Miles, Flexibility Walk Blaster
October 31: Upper Body Circuit Walk (J.S.),

I cannot believe that mileage!!! My Garmin hardly knows what to do since most of my steps are in the green these days! :laugh: On to November and more intense strength training! :sad:
