    Kinda struggling this week...lots of random snacks and carbs. Just sayin'...need to pack more healthy food at work so I don't get so hungry/make terrible choices!

    Speaking of stress, my family is really going through it right now and I'm feeling so defeated. The good thing is that I'm not turning to food, but the stress is getting to me. My good friend just called and prayed over me and after a good cry I feel a lot better, but then spoke to my son (who was rear-ended on Saturday) and the rental car he is driving got hit by a rock and there's a quarter-size crack in the windshield. It's just one bad thing on top of the other since we had our accident. We still don't have our car back and got back news on it today. Keep looking up, Bonnie. Keep looking up!! <3

    I dont know whats up. I stayed within my calorie allotment for most of the week, but I guess not for enough of it. My period is due soon. And I started a new exercise program that is a bit intense. Maybe I'm retaining water from that?

    Either way, today I emotionally ate a lot of salty pretzels. Better choices tomorrow.

    My NSV... funny thing happened last night, long story, the short of it is I had to go to emergency last night, and had to step on the scale, fully clothed, shoes and all... and I was still just under 170... okay not really a NSV ;)

    Turns out I have Vertigo, I had never experienced this, pretty scary feeling. Better today.

    CW: 139.7 pounds (Wednesday November 20th)

    Gained 1.8 pounds from being out of town for 5 days and then not managing to get back on track the 4 days I was back home.
