    Hello and Happy New Year!

    I'm a 5th grade ELA teacher in Washington State and in January I have to get my act together! Holidays are always hard but I was terrible this year. I'm not going to beat myself up over it because the damage is done. My focus and energy is on getting back on track.

    My goals for the month are...
    [ ] meal prep for the week
    [ ] daily drink at least 50 ounces of water
    [ ] workout 5 times a week
    [ ] daily track meals
    I haven't tracked anything since Thanksgiving and not one of my MFP's friends said anything...I'm in need of new friends. I need people that aren't just going to say good job but ask me what's up when I'm slacking. Please let me know if you would like to be a new friend.

    Goals/Day/Comments: flight today. Made my breakfast to take with me. I stuck to the plan and only bought water at the airport. I then walked and walked until my plane boarded.
