Need some assistance. I am staying the same... Winter always gets me down ( Season Depression) but this year is tougher than normal.. Weight is staying the same but I can't say that I have logged my food ...I have been trying to curb some of the bad food but my heart is just not in it. I don't want to drag down the group with me not losing each week so I am thinking about making this my last month on this challenge. I need outside thoughts other than my own... I can't seem to get past the negative thoughts today3

Mini Goals: My mini goal this week is also my daily goal which is not to exceed my sugar and carbohydrate micros.
I think I just beat my sugar from my fruits: Today! Thank God!
But "The kitchen is closed " You can't go there any more today2 -

I can totally relate to where you are. Between October and April I tend to gain 15 or so pounds. Then I spend May - September trying to lose it. I don’t ever lose it all and my weight has crept up over the years. It’s discouraging and demoralizing. However, this winter I seem to be gaining and losing the same 5 pounds so I am not too far from my original weight. So I’ve basically stayed the same. I think this is a win. This is the first winter in many, many years that I haven’t gained over the winter. Give yourself a hug, try tracking one meal a day and then increase your tracking over a few days. To me, this challenge is about support and motivation. Most of us are in the same boat as you. That’s why we are here.2 -
I have not been posting due to some extreme weather and we have been under a state of emergency since last week. Regardless I have been tracking calories, under my goal and exercising everyday.3
