I lost a total of 7.7lbs this month. Down 19.7 since December 1st.7 -
I've been really bad at daily posts this week but I have been getting it done! Exercised every day, I'm in a 30 minute a day exercise challenge that's really pushed me to do it. I've been religious with calories and under every day. I have no idea if I weigh in this Sunday on this group or not, since I think that might be my week 5.5

I've owned this coat for 2 years and have never been able to fit into it. This week not only did I fit into it, I also wore 2 layers under! Zipped up, arms not tight! Yay!7
