Calories: over-was doing so well-all my meals were prepped and logged, I had dinner thawing in the fridge....and then....family came in to town unexpectedly....and....Chinese buffet Oh well, dinner is pre-prepped for tomorrow now.
Daily goal: No one is dead and nothing is on fire!....SUCCESS!! Tomorrow-I'm gonna stay with today's goal!6 -
