Okay for this week- I have been very good in general but there was a dinner with colleagues and also a "snackmorning" (which means that we sat together for 6 hours and had snacks right in front of our noses. Mainly hummus, vegetable sticks, fruit and stuff but also delicious potato-bread..). Plus I have had a heavy cold all week, so I exercised not as vigorously as usual )3 -

Worked out 7 out of 7 days this past week, feeling good. I use to work out everyday, I put my life on hold last year to care for my parents. Now that they are stable and I have help in place I finally can start to reclaim my life!7 -

Sorry ladies! Letting the team down a bit.
I'm just so overwhelmed with everything at the moment. Moved cities, started a new job (all last week), house hunting, writing a detailed schedule for the husbot and nanny before my surgery and I need a bajillion hours in the day.
I've been tracking and did weigh this week. If it counts I'm 67.3kg so not too bad considering!7 -
