Goals/Day/Comments: 2 plus hours golf 9 holes walking, 10 minute walk each way to golf course. I have increased weight while lifting and am finding that I need to scale back the days of strenuous activity. Going to try this schedule - HIIT strength upper body, HIIT strength lower body, HIIT cardio, REST day.1 -

I'm stuck at work with 2 other people, so we're trying to catch naps while the others are manning the stations. Everything here is flooded. 2 more days of solid rain. We had a lull for about 3hrs and then it just started back full force. Long, long, long, day...night.4

It is dance camp week!!!! 💃💕✨
I just put in a huge deli order for all my lunches. Regular food! I just went for the Italian cold cut subs with regular bread and Chips! I am hoping to have a few cheeseburgers, too. 🥳 Lol!
It is 4 days of nonstop dance...though.
I will know......is it what you eat? Or, how many calories you burn?
This is supposed to be my last month here.....bc, I don’t have much more weight to lose and I don’t want to hold back the group.
But, I am sooooooo SCARE to leave!
People in my real life know about y’all. I just refer to this group as my......’Online diet group.’
I tell my husband......nope, I cannot eat that until I do my weigh-in on Saturday.

LSU is my alma mater! I attended during the Nick Saban days.....so, we were popping back then, too!
The entire time I was there.....I was in shocked. How the heck does someone like me end up in Baton Rouge! 🤣 But, it truly was a fun time. After grad school I planned a return to LA....but, Katrina happened. Was not meant to be.....grateful for my time in LA.2 -

HIIT strength - 32 minutes, 9 holes golf - walking, walk to and from golf - 10 minutes each way.
Goals/Day/Comments: my activity level is way up from last month. I recalculated My TDEE. I am running too large a deficit on active days and that may explain my crankiness of late. My macros are appropriate percentage wise.3
