    I had decided to add "The kitchen is closed" to my daily goal. So far it is working.

    Okay for this week- I have been very good in general but there was a dinner with colleagues and also a "snackmorning" (which means that we sat together for 6 hours and had snacks right in front of our noses. Mainly hummus, vegetable sticks, fruit and stuff but also delicious potato-bread..). Plus I have had a heavy cold all week, so I exercised not as vigorously as usual :neutral: )
