I am having the hardest time doing anything on mfp today....504 error messages/site down for maintenance/ just not loading at all. Everything is logged and I have everyone's posts/weights entered, but it was a nightmare to do it!!

Cold weather and Exercise is making me eat EVERYTHING in sight. It's been a struggle this week. Tomorrow I'm going to lay off the heavy foods and sodium, and get more plants in my body so I can "feel lighter". I'm definitely puffy this week.4 -
