    Calories: Under. By 2 calories.....lol
Exercise: 30 minute Kickboxing HIIT, 25 min walk dogs.

Ate ALL my calories and exercise calories today. Have had quite the appetite since I've started working out. Struggling with this right now.

Also going to make my goal to not step on the scale until Sunday. Was up this morning (sodium), and it was a bit of a bummer.

Mini Goals: My mini goal this week is also my daily goal which is not to exceed my sugar and carbohydrate micros

I had decided to add "The kitchen is closed" to my daily goal. So far it is working.

So here "The kitchen is closed :)"

Cold weather and Exercise is making me eat EVERYTHING in sight. It's been a struggle this week. Tomorrow I'm going to lay off the heavy foods and sodium, and get more plants in my body so I can "feel lighter". I'm definitely puffy this week. :(
