Started my day off today walking a few miles while my wife sleeps in. That’s going to be a goal for weekends. Start the day with exercise, especially if I know I may be enjoying some foods later that day
Excellent plan. I actually find that walking or any exercise in the morning really puts me in a better mood for the day. You don't have to worry about having to make time for it later.1 -

I managed to get my antibiotic today, and it hasn't done much so far, so I am taking some more tylenol and sleeping this off for a bit. I managed to go grocery shopping this morning, get my medicine, and went to my old gym to cancel my membership saying I am over an hour away from it now, and I've been paying for almost a year without using it 😬 so, that was good I guess! I only managed to eat half of the ribs I had for dinner, but am hoping tomorrow is a little easier! Other than my errands, I got myself up to walk around for a while, but I hope I am feeling up for an early morning walk if it's nice!

@DaffyGirl88 and @cmhubbard92 great loses! Christine, so sorry about the tooth pain. Is it a wisdom tooth that's abscessed? I got my wisdom teeth pulled just a couple years ago, but 2 of them were sideways so they had to put me under. I lost like 10 pounds in 2 weeks and weighed the least I ever have in my adult life because I couldn't eat solids😂🤣 Of course I've gained it all back now. Good luck!2 -

@thedestar thank you so much! Great loss this week for you as well!!! Great job staying on track! Yes, it is an abscessed wisdom tooth. Unfortunately my wisdom tooth is either behind, in front, or on my nerve, causing more jaw pain. I'm having all four pulled at once, and because of the nerve issue they have to put me under as well... my wisdom teeth are cramped in the back of my mouth with really nowhere to go, except sideways... What kind of foods were you able to eat?0 -

We always have to remember that weight loss comes from the kitchen, and exercise just helps to give you more room to stay in a deficit! Just keep doing what you're doing. Reflections:
I took a hike this morning with my boyfriend and our fur babies. It was peaceful and we only came across one person during the entire hike! Both dogs were exhausted afterwards, but they loved it!
I am happy to say I have stuck to low carb/keto all week! I have stayed under 50 net carbs each day, with one day in the 40s, a couple in 30s and 20s, and one day below 20! The hardest thing is that I'm still eating my fruit, just not as much! I am learning certain berries add up quicker than you realize! I am also dying for a cookie, and unfortunately there is an abundance of them in our cabinets 😬 I'm staying good and trying to find alternative recipes for such goodness!4 -
