✅ - Daily - take 15,000 steps. 20,808
✅ - Daily - aim for a calorie deficit. -62 - cutting it pretty darn close. <-- that was at 2ish, but I didn't get to bed quick enough and a chunk of cheese and a peanutbutter fudge smoothie bar happened and it all fell to pieces and I am +158 pounds over.
- End of week - aim for a weekly average calorie deficit in 3200-4800 range. Not going to hit it this week, unless I fast tomorrow, and that isn't going to happen. I'm not displeased with this week though. It has been interesting to eat this number of calories and not be gaining! Maybe it is an unplanned maintenance trial? First time I've ever managed to eat at maintenance for a week.4 -

That sort of deficit would sort of put you a good 25lbs down by this time next year.... doesn't sound terrible to me! 👍2 -

Today I felt a pop, pop, sproing in my right calf - no idea what that was about - but I limped home and took two little walks later - feeling not tooo bad???? But don't want to push it too much. I get a checkmark for being smart (I hope this will count as being smart?!)
