    βœ… - Daily - take 10,000 steps. 12,600 - dropping it down till next week. Today the calf felt better - almost normal except when I walked up some steps. Think I'm going to get away with yesterday's pop, pop, sproing not being anything beyond something that requires a few days of taking it a bit easier.

    βœ… - Daily - take 10,000 steps. 24,347 - Woohoo! Today the calf feels even better. Was surprised to see the number of steps. I still feel a twinge when I lift my toes - but not bad at all - and way better than I was afraid it was going to be.

    Thank you for joining us @amart4224 - I'm throwing your numbers off because our table runs Monday to Sunday and your week is running Sunday to Saturday.

    I'm feeling my goals are too easy/too few right now because I've hit 100% 2 weeks in a row - I'm aiming for 110 : )

    βœ… - Daily - take 10,000 steps. 15,789 - might feel brave enough to up my goal again soon - but the calf still threatens now and again so I'm going to play it safe.

    βœ… - Daily - aim for a calorie deficit. -745 (And I did end up going for the cheese and crackers yesterday - can't update my checkin, but it will change my deficit for the week :( )

    Weekly - aim for a calorie deficit in 4500-6000 range.

    3/3 & 1/3 Job hunting - too busy for a walk today 😣 & think I may have found one! Totally different - Children’s nurse consultant for a big law firm ….. combines my nursing experience & my degree - ions ago - was law! Could be good!
