    ✅ - take 15,000 steps. 24,000

    ✅ - maintain a calorie deficit in the 500-750 range. 545.

I'm trying a new approach for the rest of this month...lol...meaning until the end of May (unless of course I start gaining weight then I'll adjust sooner). I've set my MFP to "sedentary" and to eating back my exercise calories so that I can get a relatively accurate "net calories" report to look at to try to understand how things are working. (I promise to log every morsel from here on in. That has been lagging when I took a two week break from logging last month). And, this seems to match with my fitbit calories burned number. It seems like a lot of calories - but I am walking a lot and walking briskly these days - I guess I'll see how this approach flies!

    Mornin’all! Beautiful sunny day here!
I live next to a reservoir & there are always loads of Canadian geese here .... noisy beggars!
Well, they are all coupled up & having there goslings ... real privilege to see; lots of cute little ones!
Mind you, won’t be saying that in a few weeks, when they are bigger, braver & come to visit us residents - goose poo gets everywhere - is messy & really sticks to your shoes 🤣🤣🤣

    Checking in for 29th

    2.Eat less processed 1
    3. Water. 1.
    4. Not counting this as is exercise - hobbling!

Gotta tell you @Janatki - you either have to count hobbling as meeting your exercise goal or drop your list down and make this 5 out of 5 or I'm going sick all a whole flock of Hamilton geese on you and throw in a few swans for good measure! Then you'll have even more ruckus! And I have one handy. And she plays football. (You can see her ball in the bottom left of the photo - waiting for her "off the nest" time."dwo0izv0bu57.jpg

@Lauriekallis - a football playing goose! Brilliant! Got my heart broken this afternoon - witnessed some crows raiding a nest of goose eggs after what looks like the parent abandoning the nest! 💔Love/ hate nature

    I’d say I’ve a “healthy respect” for swans & geese! I.e. I keep my distance 🤣🤣🤣

Just keep counting "hobbling" and the football swan stays here in the Hamilton bay. :D

Yes - they are fierce protectors! So beautiful though. They almost seem to radiate their own light!

    ✅ - take 15,000 steps. 30,100 Woohoo - and I wasn't even limping (yet!) :)

✅ - maintain a calorie deficit in the 500-750 range. 1,623. I'm giving myself this one, though I really think I should avoid having too big of a deficit - since it seems to lead to a binge (or days of binging). But yesterday I was way over so I figure it is balancing out.

    ✅ - take 15,000 steps. 23,000

✅ - maintain a calorie deficit in the 500-750 range. 973 - but I ate a lot, including lots of treats, and I'm still so afraid this deficit is too low. I'll have to give it a few weeks and see if I can trust this new system. Weight is bouncing around like crazy at this point - have to wait till it stabilizes a bit. But I am feeling better I think? Desire to binge is settling?
