Today I felt a pop, pop, sproing in my right calf - no idea what that was about - but I limped home and took two little walks later - feeling not tooo bad???? But don't want to push it too much. Think I'm going to get away with yesterday's pop, pop, sproing not being anything beyond something that requires a few days of taking it a bit easier.
