2. Do 1 form of exercise daily β Walking the mad hound β Wobbly E biking! Smashing these Yorkshire hills!
3. Take time out everyday to do something I enjoy - β β Ilkley Town AFC v Bury AFCβ¦. Bit of stewarding - not going to change career to that!

[2] Keep calories between 1500 (+/-5) & 1800; β β β - I'm counting this as a 'yes' even though I only had 1,312 calories today, because I'm 'banking' 200 calories for tomorrow, when I'm meeting my ex-colleagues for lunch. Over the two days, I'll total 3,000 calories.
[3] Eat 4+ servings of fruit/veg; β β β Yes, had a small side salad as part of my brunch and a huge salad for dinner

Boy's been with me for 3 days. Food and sun and hotwheels chaos. Fitbit declares that I've maintained a deficit. Not sure how. Walked a lot. Stills seems highly suspicious, but I'll go along with it or I'll be too depressed.

Just tried to sit and put together our table for last week - and just can't get it in - too much work these days. So, I'm going to step away from doing our table for awhile. If anyone else wants to step in and do that - please do!!!! But, I'm not sure it is necessary? Just coming in everyday and checking in does it for me to be honest. And maybe each of us can post our "weekend" numbers?4
