    Yes indeed! Those late night cut and pastes sometimes backfire! And I added an extra block round the steam bath to get over 15,000. :D

Today I felt a pop, pop, sproing in my right calf - no idea what that was about - but I limped home and took two little walks later - feeling not tooo bad???? But don't want to push it too much. I get a checkmark for being smart (I hope this will count as being smart?!)

    ✅ - Daily - take 10,000 steps. 12,600 - dropping it down till next week. Today the calf felt better - almost normal except when I walked up some steps. Think I'm going to get away with yesterday's pop, pop, sproing not being anything beyond something that requires a few days of taking it a bit easier.

    ✅ - Daily - take 10,000 steps. 24,347 - Woohoo! Today the calf feels even better. Was surprised to see the number of steps. I still feel a twinge when I lift my toes - but not bad at all - and way better than I was afraid it was going to be.
