    30th & 31st - mmmm β€œDaily”JanπŸ™„

    1. Log all food & drink again ❎ Aargh! βœ… every little bit!
    2. Do 1 form of exercise daily βœ… Walking the mad hound βœ… Wobbly E biking! Smashing these Yorkshire hills!
    3. Take time out everyday to do something I enjoy - βœ… βœ… Ilkley Town AFC v Bury AFC…. Bit of stewarding - not going to change career to that!
    4. Improve work life balance - βœ… βœ…weekend!
    5 Be within calorie range (1200 - 1680)❎ Not weighed or logged πŸ˜• βœ… 1600 β€˜ish, but 500 in exercise. Had a veggie day today, lads didn’t comment on the plant alternative masquarading as chicken😏

    1) 4000 steps minimum
    2) 3 fruits each day
    3) 64 oz. water
    4) swim, walk or bike, or aerobics ( aka as R. Simmons torture )
    5) in bed by 1:00 a.m
    6) 20 minutes self care

    Basically, crowd control at a footy match! I think the only useful thing I did was direct fans to train station at end of match & let them out 🀣🀣🀣

    Boy's been with me for 3 days. Food and sun and hotwheels chaos. Fitbit declares that I've maintained a deficit. Not sure how. Walked a lot. Stills seems highly suspicious, but I'll go along with it or I'll be too depressed. :)

    Just tried to sit and put together our table for last week - and just can't get it in - too much work these days. So, I'm going to step away from doing our table for awhile. If anyone else wants to step in and do that - please do!!!! But, I'm not sure it is necessary? Just coming in everyday and checking in does it for me to be honest. And maybe each of us can post our "weekend" numbers?
