    Check in for 6/20:
Steps - 3224. A little shopping but mainly relaxed.
Calories - about 1550. Might be a little more with the marinade I made.
Exercise - nope. Trying to get rid of what's in my lungs. Hope it's only smoke from casino yesterday.

Hope to do a walk tomorrow or hit the gym.

You've been one extremely busy momma Andrea 🤩 good luck to your daughter with her dance.

    @Megan_smartiepants1970
6/20 13,400 steps - I wish I would have looked at my phone before going to bed, I was 25 steps away from 13,500. I could have just done one extra walk down and up the stairs.

I'm glad you took it a bit easier yesterday. Wow, you brought me back to when I was in my 20s, we would go to Atlantic City and the casinos were cloudy from the smoke. Hopefully, you're lungs will have cleared out all of that smoke when you wake up 🤗

You did well surviving. When does the next dance season start? No problem weighing in late.

I hope you feel better. We used to take a bus to the casino in Buffalo. The smoke was bad. You can’t smoke at casinos in Canada. You just have to hold your breath while walking in as everyone smokes outside near the entrance.

    I love Monday's!

In my mind, I can hear the music of "It's the Final Countdown!... BaH-BAh BAHHHH BAaaaaaaH Baa-ba-ba-baaah Ba ba-ba-ba...."

But it's not Earth I'm leaving behind for good.... No no... Instead, I've jumped on my Elliptical powered space craft, sealed the door and lifted off Planet 400 once and for all. With a Smile on my face and a twinkle in my eye I take a seat in the Captain's chair and take a big deep breath.... As my smile stretches even wider, and dimples form on my cheek, I place my hand on the throttle, and slam it into Hyperdrive!!! 😁🤗💪

No looking back now, boys and girls!!! Let's get the flock out of here. 🥳🎈🥳🤠👍😎😅

Thanks for all the support, I'm leaking warm glowy feelings all over the place. 😄

Congratulations! You kicked the 400’s and landed nicely in the 300’s. Your morning on the elliptical is certainly paying off not to mention you eating and weight lifting!

    ❌Steps 4,159
    ✅Sleep
    ❌Walk

It was a great day yesterday. I am pretty sure I stayed within calories. I only ate at my daughters yesterday and I only had a burger and a few bites of salad. My food diary says 1395 which includes a thin slice of cheesecake. No walk yesterday.

    Happy Monday!

I'm so glad you had a great birthday/Father's Day celebration with your family 🎉 Wow, low day yesterday and that includes the yummy brownie cheesecake👏🏻👏🏻

Yesterday was not a good day food wise. I definitely went over calorie and it's been a long time since that has happened. It started with father's day donuts at a local place that makes potato flour donuts. After my husband found (my kids sent him on a scavenger hunt) and opened his presents, we went to my parent's for lunch and to give my dad his present. Lunch was reasonable, hamburger- no bun, toppings, baked chips, and a rhubarb bar I made. Things got bad in the evening when my husband decided he wanted pizza for dinner. 3 pieces later my stomach hurt so bad. I'm still full this morning!! I'm considering doing a fasting day today instead of my 8 hour window. Give my tummy a chance to righten out. Especially with going out tomorrow for our anniversary to a new restaurant. It might be a rough week on the scale.

In the grand scheme things and in light of all your past success. I'm sure you be right as rain in no time. 👍

It's a nice piece of gear Megan... I particularly like that you can do chest presses and fly's and the fact that it only takes seconds to change weights is a bonus. With the high cable station you can hit your lats, and do tricep pushdowns. And I'm fairly certain, you can hook up a handle of your choosing to the Low cable by the leg builder. Which means you could do seated rows or face pulls (sitting on the floor facing the machine) hitting your middle back area or Leg kick backs etc. Or any other exercise utilizing a low cable. So yeah, this is a pretty nice looking all rounder. :)

    Very very exciting stuff.

That is amazing Jonathan :) I am a newbie when it comes to weight lifting ... I have a total gym (you know the Chuck Norris Machine) I hate it .... it is so hard for me to use ...so I want something that all I have to do is put a pin in where I want the weight and not be afraid of dropping it down on my feet (like the total gym) I will be giving it away for free :)

I agree with Jonathan. It will all average out during the week. I have to say pizza is evil. It’s so good it’s hard to stop at one.

Hi all, here for Monday check in.

It's a miracle the scales fluctuated below last week's number after the past few days food, came very close to a gain.

This past week has been an interesting one, managed to get a few short walks in first few days, but annhilated it with food later in week.

I'm not sure if I'm having side effects due to COVID jab or other reasons, but two days after it aside from some of the common symptoms, I've been having various sensations on my left side of body, started in calf, but have sensations in leg/arm/hand/shoulder/side of head of persistent pins and needles/tingling, burning sensation in calf, inflammation, pain, left side of me feels when you've sat for too long and you get up feeling etc.

I submitted an online form to doctors a few hours ago as my phone signal is dead. It may be something or nothing, there is a chance of potential recent injury, can't remeber what day, but it is concerning the sensations haven't fully gone by now and are constantly there in the background..highly doubt pulled muscles or whatever would cause these symptoms.

I'd like blood test and CT/MRI scan for my own peace of mind to see what's going on, but doubt they'll consider a referral. It makes you wonder in how many patients have to resort going to urgent care or hospital emergency room just to try and get access to scans and equipment because their own surgeries don't agree it's needed when the patient feels differently.

Hoping things improve soon, have a great week everyone.

Congrats on the loss! I hope you get the symptoms sorted out soon. Push for the tests. As my daughter always tells me we have to advocate for ourselves.
