    Goals/Day/Comments: I've been in pain all day. Mr. Snicket is growing up so fast! Judging starts tomorrow thru Monday evening. I should know next week if I've won first place or not. I'm not expecting it, I will be happy with Third.

    Comments : I had family gathering and many delicious food was cooked so I ate more than my daily Calories intake. I did my workout by cleaning my rom and walked for 60 minutes.

    Had a pretty good week tracked everyday. Only went over my calories yesterday had some oreos. They were not worth it. Walked on the treadmill for 1 hour daily.

    It’s ok to indulge sometimes as long as you get right back at it. Hope you enjoyed your family time.
