Goals/Comments: Finally found a pool to do my water aerobic exercise and boy did I get a good workout in. I tell after working out at home for over 2 years it feels good to be out and about. The Aquatic Supervisor was great about me utilizing their pool with my oxygen and it's a heated pool at that plus they have a section off from the Olympic pool and a hot tub room. So excited can't wait to go again tomorrow

Exercise: Yes, I did laundry and went to the Market for food.
Goals/Day/Comments: I got up really early and I finished judging. Woohoo!! I won first place in the Halloween Room Building contest. There are 28 first place spots and I was 10th. Christmas is next, I need to come up with a theme. I'm in a lot of pain, but I'm staying on track.
I need to clean the stuff out of the kitchen cabinets that I'm no longer eating and give it away.
