Raining hard today managed to get groceries this morning at 8 am and there was not one checker in the store had to use the self check out took me forever.

I hate that so many places are moving to self check out entirely or almost entirely. Finished work for the day and did 20 minutes of fast paced laps in my house.0

That means a lot to me Sandra. I have learned the hard way to never give up. I was right around 255 to 255 6 years ago. I had lost almost 50 pounds and then hit a plateau. I gave up and wound up 350 when my previous high was just under 300. That is why I never give up now. I know that even if I don't lose another pound, I'm still healthier than I would be if I gave up and gained back even more than what I lost.0

I did good at dinner. We went for vaccines today. Hubby wanted their chicken tenders from the deli at the grocery store we got our vaccines from. I picked out a salad and ate just two small tenders with it. I am pleased with how I did.0

Sandra, it comes and goes. May be allergens? Scale continuing to go down. I had a non scale victory. Hubby wanted pizza this weekend. I ate 1 1/2 slices the day we got it. I got full (I also ordered a salad) so I gave him the other half slice I started. Then, for leftovers the next day, I chose to eat only one single slice. I am proud of myself.0
