Good morning. Today will be a busy day at work. Still no news from the sellers. The listing agent was supposed to meet with them late last night to make a decision, so hopefully we will know something this morning.0

Have another appointment tomorrow after work. Seems like each house we look at is further away than the one before it, but it is what it is. There's only so much at our price point.0

We put in offer #4 last night. We spent all weekend looking at houses. Saturday we went to two open houses and two houses we had appointments for. Yesterday we went to one house we had an appointment for. The one we made an offer on is higher than we would have liked, but there is another house in our neighborhood that is the same floor plan as ours that was listed much higher than we expected ours would sell for and it went under contract almost immediately. We are hoping this is good news for us, so we were more willing to make a higher offer than we original planned to. Plus, this house and property is pretty much exactly what we wanted/were hoping to find. We had some excitement yesterday. There was people at the top of the hill behind our property taking pictures and then the dogs started going nuts. I looked out the front window and there was a fire pick-up truck in the neighbor's driveway and a fire truck blocking our driveway. Apparently, there was a fire on our side of the street. The hillside/yard with the most damage is the one that just went under contract for sale. Our house and the house right next door did not have any damage, but it looks like every other house on our side of the street has at least some black on their hillside, and some on their lawns, too. This is going to make it a lot harder to see what that houses really sells for and is worth to give us a better idea of what ours is worth because I'm guessing the buyer is going to be upset by the black lawn and either cancel their offer or demand a lower price. I guess it's been an eventful weekend!0

Good to see you Sandra. Hubby has an appointment in a little bit so I am taking a break from work. I started at 5 am to make up for it.0

Today was so hot 97. I was in the shower this morning and my blood sugar dropped very low I was home alone got out of the shower drank some juice and laid down until it was back to normal had some lunch than rested till hubby got home.
The heat always makes my sugar go low. It is going to be fun this summer it is what it is.0 -

Sorry I am MIA I am in the hospital I went into a diabetic coma and the doctor won't let me come home until my blood sugar is stable maybe by Wed I can come home.0
