    All I got is:

355g of green beans with parmesan flavor.... so a solid 4 bunnies of green beans

200g of spicy chunky salsa. I mean it ain't tomatoes and onions and green peppers.... but it also kind of is ???? Maybe 2 bunnies there?

And some water (so no oil) Calabrese olives stuffed with garlic and pimento.... that was 64g so ALMOST a bunny... so maybe 6 to 6.5

Relatively bunniless… 2 bunnies in broccoli "slaw" (quick brined it by pouring some pickle juice and then discarding a little bit too salty for some reason as a result… maybe me today?)

    11? Did you say 11 bunnies? That's awesome!!😎

6 bunnies today! All fresh cherry tomatoes. By far the best producers so far, at least until the squash mature!

Plus half a bunny's worth of grapes that were on sale!!!🀣

    Yum!

We were just talking growing tomatoes next year! They are so much more flavorful.

When I am on a roll, I tend to do 4/meal. Breakfast is hardest. Snacks with fruit are bonus to my target 12.

B today had chopped tomatoe in a chicken egg scramble & a small tangerine. Altogether - 1 :D

Lunch chopped veg chicken salad & watermelon - 4

Tonight roast cauliflower, corn on cob with rice & salmon & more watermelon - 3-4ish

We stocked in 4 end of season watermelons and stack of fresh corn. Will miss them much!

Found the YELLOW cherry tomatoes WAY more flavorful than the red cherry tomatoes or the grape. Best "producers" are the red by far.

So come spring next year I guess Mr.PAV will be a gardener? If you’re lucky sometimes you get β€œvolunteer” plants that seeded themselves!

    opportunistic gardening! :lolz:

(the support contingent keeps pointing out that the droopy things need water which I am apparently failing to provide!)

Meatless Monday for me, watch out bunnies!

I don't usually do fruit/veg for breakfast - had overnight oats today

Lunch: Kale and feta frittata (added some cherry tomatoes as well), quinoa and brussel sprouts. 2 cups kale, handful of tomatoes and 1 cup brussel sprouts - 4 bunnies

Dinner: tofu stir fry. 1/2 bell pepper, 1 carrot, 2-3 mushrooms (I'll decide tonight), onion, celery. At least 5+ more bunnies

What in the world is cowboy caviar? Hate to think of it, knowing what Rocky Mountain Oysters really are!

    On the menu for today:

Repeat lunch - kale and egg frittata with added tomatoes, brussel sprouts and quinoa - 4

Tonight - taco salad - lettuce, kale (have a REALLY big bunch), radishes, charred corn, avocado, tomatoes, nonfat cheddar cheese and skinless chicken breast. For a dressing I mix salsa with nonfat greek yogurt - it's great. - 6

    Ten or so again!

The 1/2c Cowboy caviar salad on this green salad are the black beans, corn, red peppers, purple onion in a vinagrette type seasoned bit of liquid (think lightly dressed.)

Round these parts cowboy caviar includes tomatoes, avocado and cilantro - maybe jalapeΓ±os. And a good dash of cumin in the dressing.

That cowboy caviar sounds pretty good. Looks almost like a corn salsa.

I was so disappointed! HEB last week forgot to put the Romaine lettuce and red bell pepper in my curbside order (wonder who ended up with them), and the avocado for it was not good, so left it out. Had to modify last night's dinner a little.

Taco Tuesday yesterday - KALE (2 1/2 cups), corn, tomatoes, radishes. Still added up to a good number of bunnies.

RMS - love my HEB grocery stores! But I’ve never done the curbside thing, even during Covid times. I like to get into the store and make my own selections. I’ve watched the teenage curb β€œshoppers” doing the quick grab-n-go in produce.

Fortunately I’m retired and have hours to spare trolling the store or trying to suppress hubby’s enthusiasm for sale items. I’m sure I’d rethink it if I had a demanding full time job and many outside obligations. You gotta do what works best for you.

Usually they're pretty good - my HEB has done a good job at produce shopping. I think the avocado issue was because it was ripe on Friday when I got it, but didn't use it until Tuesday.

I've been using curbside for the most part for, gosh, 5 years (still go in once in a while.) It's just so much easier to run by after work and only takes about 15 minutes. I've only had a handful of issues with them, so don't mind when it happens.

The biggest one is when they gave me TWO BAGS of groceries that weren't mine! And, it's stuff I don't eat - bread, tortilla chips, etc. I took them back the next day. They had the 4 items they missed for me put to the side and exchanged them. I feel sorry for whoever was missing the two bags I got, though!

Hmmm. It is a different way of doing things that I've thought about in terms of it will definitely cut down on impulse buying. However I persist on my old ways of ending up with extra candy on sale πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈπŸ€·β€β™‚οΈπŸ€·β€β™‚οΈπŸ€·β€β™‚οΈπŸ₯Ί

was given yellow pea soup (say that out loud and real fast!) with ham hocks ;-)

Have eaten it two days in a row. Quite yummy. First day "diluted" with a can of habitant pea soup… no comparison by the way between the two pre merging! Second day thinned with water (trust me that batch was WAY too thick… even after thinning it was thicker than the aforementioned habitant!)

Today I am thinking of injecting cauli bunnies and making it into a rice cauli ham hock soup!

    There you go!

That's a small from Salata. It's about a 4 cup container. And, I had a smoothie from Smoothie King with rasberries and Kale.
