@LindiemaeP,,, Sounds like a nice day. Ohhhhh I pretty much always know what I'll have for breakfast and lunch, but rarely for supper. I know the benefits of having planned meals and how wonderful it is for many, just I live differently. For me it's restrictive (or we don't get the points) and Yeah. A friend also had a Black Norwegian Forest Cat who died about the age of 9. They must die early due to the size? Maybe it's just the breed. How old is Amigo? Izzy is 11 and she's been struggling with her breathing. She's been in heart failure now for 2 1/2 years.
@Kurtize, hope you got to enjoy the sun. Did you take Kayla out in it? Awwww she looks to be a real sweetie!! What kind of dog is she?

Good Evening Everyone!
Another very foggy morning. Got up and studied. Then got ready and went to church. There was only a handful of people for the service. According to one of the ladies there was about a handful of people missing. As it's the early service and the older version of the service I am not surprised that it's a small group. Next week I am taking my Son to the later service which is more of what he is use to. It's what they refer to as the Alternative service. Then came home made breakfast, did dishes, and laundry. Also went for a couple short walks and got everything ready for tomorrow to go to my friends. As we are having a Halloween BBQ tomorrow after I get off work.2 -
Today was the perfect rainy day! I took a very long, long nap -- that was more than 10 minutes of happiness.
Tabatha, I am so glad that you and Joe are having the best time taking engagement photos and coming up with different photo shoots.
OK, Diane--city girl that you are, yes there are cedar trunks, cedar chests, cedar fences and cedar closets which all come from cedar trees. You make me laugh. I think you would enjoy the movie.
Lindie, so sorry to hear about your friend's cat and walking companion. It is always hard. Like you, meal planning is a real challenge as I'm a random eater as well. Amigo will enjoy this story. Our new kitty, Joey, has discovered how to get up to the area above the ceiling. He almost fell through in one place. Oh, he was mad when the sister in charge finally got him down. He is usually the best kitty and comes when called. Not this time.
Connie, enjoy the Halloween party tomorrow. I'm going to see friends, too. It has been way too long since we've gotten together.
Since I will be partying tomorrow, here are the two words for Monday and Tuesday: clarity and expectation.

@Cseguin2 ,,,, I totally love fog!! NOT DAYS on end, but it's sort of neat!! If I lived on the other side of the building I'd not have the harbor view, but on foggy nights I'd near 2 of the fog horns. I sort of miss that!! When I was next door I heard them. SO COOL!!! Sounds like a good day for you.
@Novembergail,, LOVE the days that I totally relax and have a ME TIME DAY!!! SILLY Joey!! Kitty before Izzy (Wincey AKA Princess AKA Princey) I could NOT FIND HER!! I looked and looked, we lived on the 6th floor, the door was locked, but NO kitty cat!!! I even shook the treats, no kitty. My heart was in my throat and more!! I had thought where would she hide if she was sick, or worse. A little bit later I had a hard landing of kitty cat in the kitchen. THE TWIT had found where the cupboards come together in the corner, was an empty space, and they did not when they put the cupboards in,,, they didn't put anything over the hole on the bottom (of course I had never looked!) And yes the TWIT was going up there!! It was the top floor, she couldn't get outside, but STILL!!! Come to find out my neighbor across the hall her cat WAS TOO!! The two of them had a GRAND TIME, but I quickly had it closed. Awwww so sad to see her looking up at it, but ewwww that's not a place for anything or one. ENJOY being with your friends.

I hope you are all doing well. I have one engagement photo I want to share that Joe's brother did for us yesterday. I am still waiting for my son to give me the photos he took as he does some light editing to his photos to make the colors more vibrant. So here is what I have so far. More to come...
@Dianedoessmiles1 - I will as soon as I get them. In the meantime here is one at the Gazebo we are thinking of getting married at. Joe's brother did this photo.
@LindieMaeP - I try to always plan my meals. I think it is good idea to plan for me so I don't deviate and gain weight.

good morning everyone! it is a mostly cloudy day here today, with rain on and off throughout the day. my daughter says hi to all. both budgie birds are doing well and say cheep, cheep! i did my strength training workout earlier this monring and i really enjoyed it. i went for a walk a while ago and i feel great! i will be doing some dancing later on. on friday night i went to an 80's dance party that had a Halloween theme. i had a lot fun and i really enjoyed it! on saturday i went down to the water front here with a good friend of mine and we had dinner out. on sunday i just pretty much took it easy. i was active every day. have a great day, everyone! take care and stay safe.2 -
@LindieMaeP -I had a pair of gloves like that. They worked for a couple of weeks where I didn't have to take them off to use technology. Then-not at all.

@Tabatha_Cain oh your picture is priceless, thank you so much for sharing with us. I look forward to seeing other pictures as you are able to share them. Will one of the photographers be able to do a movie slide with all the pictures for the wedding reception if you have one ? That would be nice to display if you can, just a thought... hope you had a good day at work.
@NovemberGail my Amigo is a scaredy cat - the least little thing out of wack and he is upset all day - and hides in his tree. Best place for him. Right now he's wandering as Gene does loads - yes loads of laundry -He bought 2 new pairs of jeans as well as 2 packages of tshirts and undershirts - he listened to me and washed the new clothes. Now he is washing his bedding and I am chuckling as his mom is always telling him "do your laundry"... he's grumpy old man right now as he talks to himself fussing with this and that lol ... oh the lessons we learn when we learn them. Amigo does like to get into the clothes shelf - its an open on - and he does like to get into the cupboard under neith the sink, not a good place for him at all !! We have to tie the doors shut !! Right now Amigo is in the Recliner, he likes it because I can turn around and give him some attention !!

@bookieNJ ahh I expect the gloves to fail but it would be nice if they worked during the cold weather ! I have another pair I like and they used to do the same thing but since I liked them I kept them, they are for mild cold weather, not the real cold weather. I used to play candy crush, and another one but I could only get so far and have not played in a long time. I don't think those games are on facebook anymore, that's where all my games were. Now I don't play any and I am ok with that BUT I do have my trust NES game and games and my Nentendo DS still works like a charm, wish the screen was bigger LOL

I hope you all are having a good morning. Today is another day closer to my wedding. Who ever thought I would be getting married. Not me. I thought I was destined to be alone forever. Now I am with the love of my life and we are getting married. I am so happy.
@cormierannie - Thank you. Sorry you had rain yesterday. We got away with mostly no rain and then a few spots in the evening of rain. It was not bad at all

good morning everyone! it is a mild and partly cloudy day here today. the weather is going to be mild here for the rest of this week. my daughter says hi to all. she is working at her part time job after school today. both budgie birds are doing well and say cheep, cheep! i went for a short run earlier this morning and i enjoyed it. i went for a walk a while ago and i feel great. i will be doing some dancing later on. have a great day, everyone! take care and stay safe.2

Hi all, Happy November. We had about 30 kids come trick or treat. Because of the places we lived (55+) we haven't had kids come by the house since 1998. I loved it and enjoyed passing out the candy. They started around 5:30 and ended by 8. So not bad at all.

@LindieMaeP - I get it! My thin gloves are for cold and slightly cold. Then I have the thick ones that are like mittens...can't fit in my pockets but really warm. Yeah I don't know if there are any games left on facebook-I haven't tried in a while. My games are separate apps.3

@Tabatha_Cain not too sure either how to do that, I know when my granddaughter was younger, her auntie did a movie like video with different pictures and then placed music to it, I still have it but that was way back on Windows 7 not sure how it would be done on the computer today. Yes I bet you are excited and counting the days!!
@macrat12 - I have found that I have always had to have a plan B and incase plan A fizzed out - for me it's about being prepared and being flexible if needed.
@Pattie241 did you get out ok and get things done?
@Kurtize - yes it is going to be a very good month in deed !! Bring on NOVEMBER !! BUT keep the snow it brings on the mountains - neener neener @Dianedoessmiles1 we will get the cold but not the snow woohooo !!
@cormierannie we had a bit of sun today and I was able to get out and tend to an errand or two. Now I have to check my bus pass balance to see if it needs a load or two lol I usually only put 20.00 at a time on it lately but now might have to go back to 40.00. We will see.

Tabitha - Love the naturalness of this photo.
Halloween was awesome! Enjoyed getting to hand out candy after I got to my friends house after work. Which is always my favorite part. Of course had a great time with Hubby and friends as well. Residents had chicken, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, gravy, vegetable soup, and butter tarts for dessert. They also got a little treat bag for Halloween.
Today was rest, weigh and TOPS day. Gained 3.75 lbs. This is definitely frustrating but I will just keep trying each day. Got some laundry and dishes done. Work went well for the most part. There was an issue with a couple of the residents and it did bother me but kept my composure for the most part. The residents had ceasar salad, spaghetti and meat sauce, cheesey or plain garlic bread, cream of potato and bacon soup, and tropical fruit cocktail. Dinner was the request of one of the residents as it was her birthday today.1 -
@Tabatha_Cain ,, LOVE the picture!! The expressions you have for each other comes shining through. LOVE the gazebo area too! That's so pretty I can see why you'd want to get married there. Do you need to book it now for a June wedding? There's a part across the street, it has to be booked ahead of time though it's an open area at all times.
@Cormierannie,,,, HI Annie!! It'll be warm here on Fri through Sun. That'll be nice for a moment, but I just assume have it cold!! Glad you enjoy exercising.

@Bookienj,,, Games are fun, a wonderful distraction from the stress. I really sharpened my skills playing cribbage, entered a tournament out of 8 tournaments I've won 2!! The other 6 one of them I didn't get into the finals (The 1st one) after that I've been one of the 8 finalists. Glad you enjoy them.
@Lindiemaep ,,, we have the warm stuff coming, but only for 3 days. No snow yet, though it can happen this time of year. More so by the 3rd week it's not at all unusual to have some. January is the snowiest month. We average 66"s a year. Now if I lived "up north" LOL Anything above Bangor is called "up forth" they get 101"s.
@Hicim705 ,,, Ohhhh Heidi LOL Would one need to know who the characters are? It's been quite a bit since my GD was young so I've not watched Disney in about 14 years. She stopped when she was about 13.

I enjoyed visiting my friends and celebrating Halloween with them. They really know how to celebrate the night. Tonight my happy was celebrating one of my community members birthday. We went out and I overdid the eating. I'm not getting too mad at myself since I very seldom go out. The time together did us both good.

Diane, when I first got my two kittens, one found the space between the cabinets. There was no place to go and then he got too big to fit. Right now I have put Cricket on a diet. He reminds me of a bowling ball at times--as solid as can be and a tight ball of fur.
Lindie, I can sure tell that Amigo is the apple of your eye. That is sweet.

I hope you are all having a good morning. Today is going to be a good day. We are setting up our joint bank account today. I am super excited about that. I think it is going to really help. I am needing to get so much stuff done for the wedding that I am worried I will not have the money to pay for it all. I am back to doing shipt though. That will help bring in some money. I have already earned $92 and I started Monday doing more shipt orders.
@cormierannie - It is weird that the weather is going to be so warm this week. It am not sure how I feel about it.
@Kurtize - That is great that you got so many kids. I hope you had a great time. Did you run out of candy?
@LindieMaeP - I will have to talk to my Fiance and see if he can do something like that. I am sure he can.

Dropping in with a couple of cute pics...stopped at our City Park yesterday to enjoy our lunch..ended up with charming company...
The lil beggers got over half my french fries..probably better that way huh!! From not a squirrel in sight to them buzzing around everywhere , then back to none around once food was gone!!
Forecast for snow ..in high country..ski areas are openings gradually. Yep Ole man Winter is gonna come. Here's hoping some rain comes too..but as low as some of our rivers are it would take flood quality rains to replenish them..so geeze ..don't want that either..but barges stuck in the river are not a good thing!!

@hicim705 -yes I do! Been playing for way too many years yet I'm on level 241. What level are you on? I don't use real money on any games so there are times I can't do the events.
Wordle is fun but I am better at needle (the math version). You have 5 or 6 chances to guess a 5 letter word. A lot of people use the same starting word to eliminate letters quickly.1
