    Question:

What are your fitness plans today?

Last few days in the rv, will be back at my house on Dec 1st, aiming for 10,000 steps today, and every day until the end of the month!

    That is a great plan.

I would go easy on yourself if it is up. We all know how hard moving can be. Especially this time of year. Just think of all the exercise you are getting moving all those boxes. Good luck with the rest of the move.

Ok, this waking up early is for the birds. Ever since the time change, I am awake early most mornings but 4 am is ridiculous. I was planning on the pool but I am too tired to move. Does anyone have any suggestions to help me not wake up so early? Maybe a hammer to the head. 😂

How's the first week of maintenance going?
Curious as to how many extra calories you've allowed yourself?

It is going pretty well. I had a deficit of 250 so it just added that back in. My weight went up a little but it’s still in maintenance range. I think it will take a few weeks to find the right amount of calories. It’s hard to increase my calories. My appetite has decreased a lot since I started the medication changes so I really have to force myself to eat.
Thanks for having me. Look forward to some great progress.

Welcome to the team. This is an amazing group and it has helped me immensely.

So happy with my steps yesterday. Even though I was exhausted, I set a timer to remind me to get up and walk. I am waiting on a delivery this morning so I will do it again. Can I beat yesterday’s steps? Tune in tomorrow to find out.

    Have a terrific day!

Still was getting over the foot injury last week and as yall know, turkey day came in like a wrecking ball ready to destroy us all lol. Managed to drop 4.6lbs by just staying focused on what I was eating. My foot is at about 85% so I am back up and around trying to get back to my usual step count. Hope yall are doing well out there!

Well, it looks like I will be buying, yet another scale! I thought I dropped it into a wardrobe box knowing I'd open those pretty quickly. All are open an unpacked, no scale!!!
