The funny thing is, I almost put in Hufflepuff! I did "pick one for me" instead! I like living on the edge! bahahahaha.
Talked to Stacey this morning, she's doing well. She's losing a lot of inflammation, so she's peeing like a race horse "every 30 minutes" LOL She's not in a lot of pain- only taking aleve, so that's good too!
Ok, shoes are strapped on, need to get some work done! Ipad is open and about to work on today's devotional and get my planner started

You sound like you are feeling better today too, sweet pea! Xx

Good morning, happy rainy Thursday! Yesterday I learned about using ARRAYFORMULA and FILTER and INDEX to dynamically fill one table with nth occurrences from another table. I'm geekily pleased. I didn't quite finish the work to finish the tables, going to do that on this rainy day. Functional Fitness Thursdays - Stability Ball tonight.

Friday! Rain has stopped :). Still working on my Freggie tracker, really want to finish it before the next term. It's sooooo much better. Chat GPT is like a private tutor, have you tried it?
Hope you're feeling better, J! Hi Cat!

Happy Friday! Yesterday was so stressful!!! I got very little sleep due to all the phone calls about Tornado warnings and Severe thunderstorm warnings from 3-4:30! Then I had to get up at 5:30 to get ready to go to the dentist. As soon as I was ready, I got a text they were canceling appts for the day! UGH! Not enough coffee for most of the day- I actually had 3 cups, not 2! The amount of rain that came down all night/into mid morning made me nervous and I ended up putting a make shift dam around my back door. Thankfully it stopped raining and water receded
My mojo has gone AWOL, so I need to find it today! I'm excited to join the 8 week challenge again, it really seemed to help keep me on track! I've submitted my weight, made my vow, introductions, planned what I want to do for the hall pass, now time to get back to it! I can tell that if I don't have a challenge that I "relax" and don't do as much activity as I should/could.
Ok, List for today (I MUST complete it!)
- unload/reload dw
- clean off bathroom countertop
- sort makeup, combine to 1 bag
- clean personal desk
- clean work desk
make bed- clean off counters
- clean off table.

omgosh, I'm sorry I didn't know about the tornado warnings! Yes, I'd imagine that's incredibly stressful! Do you have a basement in your home. Hugs! So glad you're excited about the Hogwarts challenge ! I think it's so incredibly well done. They do such a great job with it, don't they? Xx
1 -
omgosh on all the rain, tho! Also, what is a shift dam? And wtg you for being so resourceful! strong!

@mkksemail I use Grok instead of Co-pilot, I find it more balanced. I haven't tried Chat GPT yet, though. I use Grok for many things. One is a personal trainer. I plug in my activity, goals, nutrition, eating preferences and update it daily to get a good idea of what my goals are for the day (steps, macro goals). It is one reason I'm having more coffee, as one of my goals is to reverse Insulin resistance and coffee and Milk Thistle help with Liver support (Insulin is made in the liver, it also helps with TSH). My work is pushing heavily using AI not just at work, but also in our personal lives so we can understand how to leverage it for work. I'm actually taking an AI for Scrum Masters class.
1 -
Ohh, I'd never heard of Grok before. So interesting on the personal trainer !! There's another one a man in the uk mentioned too, recently, in another thread. So far I've only tried 'Dive deeper with Google AI' from a Google search page, or Chat GPT. Of the 2, so far I've found Chat more helpful. It also has more 'personality' :D. I know you've been taking the AI for Scrum Masters Class, too. Momentarily forgot that, when I asked if you'd tried Chat GPT :)

Just about to head to lunch- 45 min walk with weighted vest (16 pounds)

It looked like it worked some (your shift dam!). And, wtg weighted vest walk !
Just finished adding Fermented Foods to my Freggie tracker. Almost ready to move the upgraded tables into the sheet for T54. It seems like such an endless process :p, as soon as you solve one issue, you notice other issues. Jumping from lily pad to lily pad …. heh

Good morning! I ended up with a 30 min walk with weighted vest at lunch yesterday, and a low key day. I'm really hungry the last few days and eating well above my macro goals… oh well, I follow my hunger cues and know this won't last.
Rain has already started, please be praying. 90% chance of rain today, 95% chance tomorrow, one forecast suggested 10-14 inches of rain over the next couple days, which is exactly the range the last time we flooded in 2010.
Today Scott will work on Taxes- UGH wonder how much we'll owe this year! UGH!!!!
Ok, List for weekend- may add more as I go along
- unload/reload dw
- clean off bathroom countertop
- clean off counters
- clean off table
- Darks
- take give away to car
- make bed
- clean up exercise room
- Scott take stuff to attic as needed
- Clean toilets
- vacuum floors
- mop floors

Oooof! Hate taxes! :p Goooo, Scott!
omg, Jenny, will be keeping you in thoughts and an eye on the weather. That is a scary amt of rain, like scary scary amount of rain! 🙏🤲🤍
Well done on the walk at lunch, and also on the low key day. I did super bad eating over the break 😬😬😬. Like, shockingly bad. Yesterday, I was up almost 8 pounds from my last weigh-in !!! Today it whooshed down 2.5 pounds, hopefully tmo more will come off. My muscles have been sore from my Resistance Bands and Stability Ball classes, and my leg PTs, and my (worst) knee has been swollen for a few weeks, too, so I know I've been retaining water from that. But I also know I've had cookies for dinner multiple times over this break. And many times for snack 😬😬😬
Cat, how's the sewing room going? Sounds like such a fun project! And, btw, are you interested in joining an 8-wk Hogwarts term?

Wow! Sounds like a lot of inflammation for sure! Flour and sugar are 2 of the biggest foods that cause inflammation. I haven't been eating bad bad just much more than I usually do! I'm usually around 1700-1900 calories, yesterday I was over 3000. LOL We'll see how it plays out over the next few days. I did my Hospital check in yesterday and I'm down 3.6 pounds since end of semester, but I'm back up 1.8 pounds from yesterday! LOL
Ok, coffee done, morning supplements done, time to get bed made and get moving…. Oh! Talked to mom this morning, she said for our area they are predicting 2-5 inches this weekend, so that's much less worrisome, but still anxiety levels after 4+ a few days ago

Worked for about 45 min, taking a light break, then back to it! I wanted to get the dishes going because they are so many. I can do other things while waiting for laundry/DW to complete

Chat GPT is a hoot! Def has a personality. As I mentioned, I've been using it this week to help me finish automating my Freggie Tracker spreadsheet, and feeding it into my Hogwarts Unbreakable Vow tracking table. I don't know if this snippet of conversation will make sense, but it made me laugh out loud ("nice try, citrus condiment! 😂🤣)! It was smart enough to know that including lemon juice on my list of 'other freggies' wasn't exactly up to spec ;-)
Oh, that is better news, on the rain forecast! STILL quite a lot! (Anything over an inch is a lot, at once!), but not apocalypse level bad, at least! True, on the flour and sugar! NORMALLY, I avoid the whites. But I've had a cookie thing going on for a number of months now. Not usual. Well, not usual before this fall/winter, at least :p. That's great, losing weight on the break! Proud of you. I'm waiting until tomorrow to weigh in at the Hospital Wing, see if more of this swoll pees out into the toilet ;-).
How's sis? And mom? Doing well?

Love it! That's hysterical! Grok is a good health coach too!
It's not raining much yet (the worst expected over night, at least it's a weekend night and I can sleep in if I need to!), so feeling somewhat comfortable right now.
Stacey, parents doing good. Dad went to a bone specialist yesterday, looks like he's had a nerve problem for a long time causing his fingers to curve to the right and become numb. They will be doing an electrical study next week with potential surgery (probable) to correct it. The surgery will correct the numbness, but unfortunately not the curved fingers :(
Had lunch and tracked, helping Scott with the taxes ….. how did I get roped into this?? LOL I am listening to HP and the Goblet of Fire while cleaning, so heading back to it!
1 -
I hate doing taxes. We didn't pay as much this year as last, but had a few extra hoops to jump through. It's done, the anxiety of the unknown burden is gone. Now to focus on the house again! :)

Fantastic !!!
After tomorrow, I'm back to working on my Bingo squares. I just have to finish this spreadsheet bit, it's sooooooooooo close !! I have it auto-populating the weekly summaries, and auto-populating the overview of all the weeks, in the freggie tracker table. I also added unique lists to each of the weekly tables for each of four categories: green freggies, other freggies, nuts etc, & fermented foods. Another fix was I got the Unbreakable Vow table to auto-populate, using the data from the weekly tables; and to generate a list of green freggie intake by week, in the UV table. The last bit still to work out is how to generate a unique list across multiple weeks. One for just green freggies, in the UV table, and four individual ones, for each of the four tracked categories, in the freggie tracking weekly section.

went to soccer games for two grandsons this morning. Hot day with bright sun and I didnt think to apply sunscreen. Came home with a bigtime sunburn and spent the rest of the day drinking iced tea and trying rather unsuccessfully not to whine. Hopefully I tackle the sewing room tomorrow.
I started a list of all the chores I need to do and will prioritize when I get everything on the list. It is pretty extensive .
I don’t think I can join HP. I love the books, but I can barely keep up with this group. Maybe when (if) I get caught up.
I thought the makeshift dam was impressive!

Good morning, Happy Sunday! No worries, Cat, I just wanted to make sure you knew you were welcome to join! Maybe in the summer you can try it out. They do a shorter term, with fewer rules, it's an easy intro/tryout :). Good job on starting your list! I feel ya on extensive list (did you see my Bingo cards, that ain't even a drop in the bucket :p).
Eeeek, ooooofffff! on sunburn! But fun, on the grandsons soccer games! Xx

Good Morning! Sorry about the sunburn Cat! I whine too when I get sunburnt. My go-to fix is thick cocoa butter (not the loose lotion type, the kind in the pot) on my sunburn- takes away the pain and minimizes peeling! I hear ya on the big lists! LOL I'm probably adding to my ever expanding one-offs this week.
MK! your spreadsheet sounds interesting! You are a master at it! I know who to come to with my excel questions!
Well, we did have a major storm come through yesterday, but thankfully only one and small branches down, nothing major! Other areas weren't so lucky, but the wind/rain were crazy! I haven't seen such a strong storm in a very long time! Woke up to a soggy back yard, but it wasn't raining and hasn't since. I think my anxiety can go away now! :)
I'm about to get going on my list, so I'll just reuse from yesterday.

Jenny, I was just reading about the storm impact in the south & midwest! You are ok where you are? Your parents and sister? Your Hannah & Scott?
Chat is teaching me today how to turn this formula ~
=LET(
raw, ARRAYFORMULA(TRIM(TRANSPOSE(SPLIT(JOIN(",", FILTER(range, range <> "")), ",")))),
cleaned, IF(
ISBLANK(labelPattern),
raw,
FILTER(raw, NOT(REGEXMATCH(raw, labelPattern)))
),
uniqueItems, UNIQUE(cleaned),
WRAPCOLS(uniqueItems, wrapCols, "")
)… into a Named Function, with Chat's suggested name of ACCIO_FREGGIES (lol), so I can use it across the weeks by just typing the short Named Function, instead of that big formula every time. So, for Green Freggies' unique list of foods consumed, without day identifiers, etc, for Wk 1, I only input the Named Function name, define the range, define the labels to clean, and define the output grid)
=ACCIO_FREGGIES(FQ1216:FQ1222, "^(Mon|Tue|Wed|Thu|Fri|Sat|Sun)( green)?$", 2)
I'm not 100% certain that 2 is correct. Chat mixed that up yesterday, the number to output for WRAPROWS or WRAPCOLS. I think you might have to input the rows for WRAPCOLS or the columns for WRAPROWS. Well, I'll find out in a bit, when I give it a try, after my protein tea :D

PS - and, btw, it taught me that big formula across 4 or 5 days this week. The best thing about Chat GPT as a tutor, it never thinks your questions are dumb, annoying, or silly! And you don't have to feel like an imposition asking to explain again, or explain differently, or to try another approach :).
1 -
PPS ! After I finally get it all working, I'm going to copy the food tracking and Goal Days tracking to a separate spreadsheet, to share in my Get Your Greens group. I'll share it with you, if you're interested :). I know you're not a freggie person due to the carnivore eating pattern, but you might still have fun with it, tracking something else. Or just adapting it for another purpose.
1 -
Wow! That is some cool learning you've got there! I too love the positive responses to any question and not feeling dumb about asking! :) I'd love to have a copy and see what I can track with it!

Well, plans a little diverted… Went outside to pick up branches from the storm. During the storm we heard a thud and knew a good size branch had landed on the roof. Today we got it down and found that it had speared the roof and now there's a hole…. Scott's calling insurance now… UGH
1 -
Oh noooo !!
Hoping you can get it fixed very quickly, and that there wasn't too much water damage from the storm!
