I finished Week 11 Day 1 today.
My C210K (zenlabs app) has all weeks in it - meaning 1-8 is the regular C25K and then continues on weeks 9-14. Week 11 is 3 intervals of 17 minutes running.
That being said, I saw the chiropractor and he asked me to do the 10K training once a week, so now I'll do 2x5K per week (trying to get under 30 minutes) and then the 10K training on the weekend. I started using Map My Fitness again and I saw my stats from a year ago, it's crazy how much better I've gotten (granted, I did pause running between April 2015 until I picked it up again in October 2016
Sooooo... That was the last time I ran, March 30th. I took a (really) long break because after that visit to the chiropractor I got injured, yay! Finally over that, and today I re-started C210K, starting week 9 which is 4x 10 minutes of running. I thought it would be a lot harder than it was, and I'm thrilled that it was actually absolutely fine and I did not feel overwhelmed or exhausted or at the verge of dying. Perhaps it also has to do with the fact that I'm 10kg lighter than last time I ran haha! Anyway, hopefully I'll be fine now and finish the 10K - never ran 10K before!

Week 10, Day 1 done last night! Didn't think I could do it, but I did it1

Week 1O Day 2 done - and I have stats for the first time! Running pace was 155bmp (music) and I did it consistently for the 45 minutes, I did 5K in 34:08 and my average km was run in 6:58 minutes - down from 7:06 last week and 11:06 when I first recorded a run on this app ^^1
