Week 19. Three weeks to go.
Weight: 130.0 lbs (total gain of 6 lbs)
Body fat: 21.7% (102 lbs LBM, total gain of 4 lbs)
Shoulders: 39 in.
Biceps: 10.75 in.
Forearms: 9.5 in.
Bust: 34 in.
Strapline: 29 in.
Waist: 26.5 in.
Bellybutton: 28 in.
Hips: 37 in.
Thighs: 21.5 in.
Calves: 13.5 in.
So, things are moving in the right direction. The scale is moving up (thanks to me being less strict about logging on the weekends as well as my lifting sessions kicking *kitten*). I'm giving this three more weeks and then I'm going to start a really slow cut. Adding running and decreasing my calorie very, very slightly. I think I'll start with 2500 calories (down from 2600) and see how that goes I'd like to keep final calories around 2200-2400/day. What can I say, I like to eat!0 -
