    I just found this work out on youtube it was 10 mins but it said to do it 3 times so i did and boy am i sweating lol, I think I'm going to do this more because I enjoyed it and I think I may try a couple other of her videos.

    I havent totaled my numbers for the week yet but I am done with cardio and strength. I need to get my combat in and half of the required punishment done.

    also just got back from one of my classes and we did 3 min planks 3 times:grumble: lets just say I thought I was gonna die haha but I am up to 13 planks is anyone needs any take them haha I'll be doing a few more tomorrow

    Um, folks, can I count Sunday for food and omit today? I kinda had a big food failure today. We were celebrating and I lost my common sense. Bad kawookie! Normally I am pretty good about eating within my calories but not today.

    On the bright side, I am pushing 7 miles walked on the day :drinker: and dinner was fantastic. I came home and did 60 minutes of walking and 5 minutes of strength. I have one plank done, but my overfull tummy is not impressed with any of the core exercise I did tonight. :laugh:

    also... combat. what do i do for combat. i looked on fitness blender and found nothing... unless i searched wrong... but how do i get in 60 min? and what do i do?!


    I agree with the other girls and fitnessblender has a few kickboxing ones. There is a Jillian Michaels one too on you tube. You can just squat and throw punches for an hour. LOL!

    Kim, you can trade a day for sure with food. Just need 6 day average. We have only 2 days left to get in our numbers. I hope everyone is doing great. Have a great friday!

    Please forgive me team! I have let packing and preping for my trip take over my nights and its been keeping me up FAR too late, which makes my AM workouts really hard, and, basically, nill.

    I am short on everything right now (except the 'official planks') I need to get in the 60 of combat, which i can spread between cardio and strength, and that will give my my minimums. If you think i can get away with squat punching kicking for an hour... ill see what i can to between today and tomorrow. might be a good little workout when i take little potty breaks.

    Sara... if by some messed up chance you dont hear from me tomorrow these will be my totals.... but i will do everything i can to get in that last hour!!!

    Hi everyone!! I'm flying back to Vancouver tomorrow evening. I haven't done nearly as well as I hoped I would, and I am hoping someone has surplus strength numbers to get me over the hump. I've been getting the planks in no problem (doubling them every day) and continuing to do the Spartan bows to try and get some strength in. Here is what I have right now:

    Cardio: 305 minutes
    Strength: 46 minutes
    Punishment: completed
    Food: 6/6

    I am so sorry my numbers are so crappy this week. Being on vacation and staying in other peoples' houses has put a bigger dent in my routine than I thought it would. :(

    Ok, looks like a few are shy on strength. I think there are enough of us over to cover but I need to calculate. Looks like Janice has got you covered for combat training Coruscate and looks like Bebubble and Stive are over for strength. This should cover Hajen and Skittles. I think we are fine. I'm over my strength and plan some more for today. So, I think we are good unless the rest of us are under. LOL!

    Good news! We went on a hike this morning! Up and down a steep-*kitten* lava strewn mesa. So, 60 more minutes of cardio puts me at 365 minutes.

    Turns out my tía had a set of 5# hand weights in her closet, so we are about to leave for the airplane in less than an hour and I just got 30 minutes of strength training in while watching Harry Potter. That puts me at 76 minutes of strength. I hope that helps!! Now, off to a three hour flight!

    sorry guys I was under with my stength this week but I will make sure to be over for next week. to help anyone out

    also I went shopping with my mom today to try on wedding dresses, well not me but her and she found her dress, I was so excited this is her first marriage and she thinks she is to old for a wedding dress and I told her she wasn't haha and she looks amazing in it. I am also going to be in her wedding so I am going to be upping my work outs more each week.:bigsmile:

    My numbers aren't that great this week, but it has just been a crazy week. My dad just had an emergency pace maker put in tonight -- it seems like we are on a roller coaster with him. Every time we think we are at the top looking down we have another twist uphill.

    Congrats team with another perfect 3! We had more than enough strength and cardio to cover those who were shy. I gave MVP to SawJan this week because her killer about of combat training and her willingness to share with her team mate.


    I hope Carol will take it this week for the win. If not, we did everything we could to do our best. Have fun watching tonight's episode. We only have two weeks left starting on Mon.
