    Marie, you are totally of the awesome! Gambrell, that's great! I've still got 30 to go, but I'm going ice skating later, so that should cover it. I took it easy this week--did power yoga instead of weights and mostly low impact cardio. I think my body appreciated the break as my back is finally starting to feel normal again. I'll have to up the intensity next week.

    Kidnapped - she would never have voluntarily left Daryl behind.

    New Challenge is posted - we dont have punishment exercises yet, assuming we have them at all so stay tuned for those!!.

    Haha, thanks! It is because I am so limited on what I can do, I did a bunch of cardio! Looks like this week may be the same for me, cardio and legs...

    If this is too difficult for your current level, you can do basic lunges instead. Please complete this exercise 30 times per leg, 4 times this week.

    Just did a round, actually wasn't too bad. I found doing 15 each leg, then another 15 each leg helped.

    I did do it next to my daughter's playpen though, so when I started to tip over I could grab onto something. :bigsmile:

    Kmoiregreen, the same thing kept happening with me! I'm using imgur, and finally, I realized that the img tags need to be lowercase.

    So basically like this:

    And then just make the IMGs lowercase.

    I am wanting to do more then the minimum but we will have see about that one. I have been wore out this week, not sure if its the time change or what but its sure kicking my butt
