    Well yesterday I got my fitbit out and did some walking. Only 5000+ steps but my knee is giving me some trouble, Today is a workday so I know it will be a lot more, then planing to go to the gym after work.

    30 mins HIIT on Treadmill! Wed is my one rest day this week!
    This morning I can barely walk I am so sore!! lol:happy:

    Hi all, today I have an hour session with my trainer. Which usually includes circuit training with weights and cardio.

    I was really. It feeling it today. But I did it anyway.

    5x5 done as a circuit, the last round I went to failure though.

    Rear delt raise
    Corner shoulder press
    Curls
    Lateral raise
    Snatch
    Romanian dead lift

    29 minutes total.

    I'm on the bike now, planning on 30 minutes now and 30 after dinner.

    I hope every one is stretching too! It's important for over all health and feeling well. I use a timer when I stretch. But I don't limit myself to the time I want to do it in. So say I want to stretch for 15 minutes, I don't stop until I feel limber, even if it takes 20 or 30 minutes.
    Stretching before an exercise isn't as important to me as stretching afterwards. But if I feel tight or sore I do stretch before I work out.

    I did a 45 minute boot camp class this morning. We did 6 reps of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest at each station

    Station 1: Squats with sandbags
    Station 2: Sit ups with weighted ball, throwing balls against the wall
    Station 3: TRX Lifts
    Station 4: Weighted Arm Presses
    Station 5: Side Lunges while using wave ropes

    P.S. Sorry if my terminology is off, not 100% sure what everything is called.

    On Monday (4/28), I had a 41 minute run @ 6 mph and, on Tuesday, a 46-minute run @ 6 mph.
    However, I took the day off on Wednesday as I had an 11-hour work day.
    On the plus side, I will have a couple of extra hours this morning before heading into work, so we'll see how I do.

    It appears everyone is off to a good start. Way to go, everyone!

    BTW, I would welcome any of you motivated folk who would care to add me as a MFP friend.

    Okay, I guess I lied. After I went to the chiropractor yesterday instead of going home and just resting as per his orders, my house had other plans. Our stupid basement flooded :(

    So I walked a bazillion flights of stairs (seemed like it), did lifting, and squatting :) Got in a great workout. So that will be my workout plan for the next couple of days. Cleaning, moving stuff, and more stairs as everything dries and I have to take it all back down in the basement.

    I have been doing various Jillian DVDs everyday.

    Today I did Jillian Yoga Meltdown Level 1 as I was feeling a bit poorly yesterday. And 10-15 min fast pace walk. I will be going for a short trip and I will definitely try to keep up with my exercises and update here.
