    I was really close. I lost 9.6 pounds.

    Anyway, I'm getting back into it. Today I mixed it up a little with a shoulder work out.
    Shoulder press
    Lateral raises
    Front raises
    Hanging leg raises
    Weighted sit-ups

    Then I did 65 minutes on the bike for 1000 calories.

    Dee.That is a keck of a workout... Nice effort. How many calories does that equal?

    About starting the new group.. Thanks a lot to everyone... It took a bit of time to figure out and to get it tweaked! I wasn't wanting to step on anyone's toes but then I saw the former member's account disabled.

    Anyways you guys and gals, I expect you to keep me in check! :noway:
