Today was day 2 of my Stronglifts 5x5 and I really felt those squats even at the low weights, finished off with 30 minutes on the treadmill at a good pace. Probably against my better judgement decided to go out tonight for a walk/jog with my wee dog and done another 4 miles, should have give it a miss tonight as I feel shattered now lol0

Today I'm getting over being sick so I might just take the day off. Or maybe just some cardio0 -
Been doing really well on my food, but today at work free pizza... yep, I had 1 slice... It killed my numbers lol...
Had a single walk of 40 minutes (14 stories) because work got in he way today. :frown: That's my minimum every workday now... If I can double it up, or add a walk around the lake (1 mile) I really try to squeeze that in as well.... on a Very Good day I'd get all 3 sessions. I'm hoping for a decent weight in this weekend!

Circut training currently consists of 3 sets of the following completing 1 full rotation before repeating 2 more times with minimal rest between each excercise.

Rest day was yesterday. Today, Turbo Fire- Hiit 20 + Sculpt 30 class.0

I'm having a good day... Here at 3:00pm my calorie intake for the day is 578 (that's not net, that is total consummed) that also is counting a piece of Baklava @ 165 calories. I just did a 60 minute walk and burnt 531 calories.
So I'm going to kick it up a knoch today since tomorrow is weigh-in and see what happens :bigsmile: :
After work I'm going to add a walk around the lake, and later tonight do 20 or 30 minutes if strength training.
For dinner I may have a tuna salid or something else light!
We'll see how it goes.

Yesterday was chest day.
Today was back day.
I'm really making improvements with my dead lift.
Pull ups were tough today though and so were rows. I don't know why but I just didn't want to do them. Did them anyway.
I threw in some kettle bell swings too just because it had been a while.
I'll be sore tomorrow but it's okay, tomorrow is refeed! Hooray.
Also I did 75 minutes on the bike for 1000 calories.
I ate well today so I'm using my extra calories for beer. Maybe not all 1000 of them though. Who knows though, my wife is going to a play tonight and I rented a Danny Trejo movie.0 -

Thursday was a bust because the workout class that I thought was scheduled turned out to be meditation. So I'll make up for the loss of Thursday by doing 45 minutes of tomorrow's class before work.

What is it that you have a problem eating?
I don't know if it helps, but I bought an exercise bike so I can easily burn calories at home if I want to eat more. It helps to burn the calories first though I've found for me anyway.0 -

Today was a good day.
Went grocery shopping today, so that meant 90 minutes of pushing my kids around in a cart. I had to stretch for a long time, bowling and dead lifts made my back pretty tight. 30 minutes of stretching.
Today was chest tricep and shoulder day
Bench press
Tricep overhead extension
Lateral and front raises
Band curls
Hanging leg raises
75 minutes on the stationary bike.
I've move towards having more rest days. This last week I only worked out every other day. I'm not sure if I like it or not. Refeeds are really helping me keep under my calorie goals during the week though.0 -

Gym session this morning straight after work were I done 40 mins of cardio on treadmill and spin cycle followed by day 4 of the Stronglifts 5x5 which was great except for the Overhead Push which I struggled with due to pulling a muscle in my left shoulder over a week ago in work, I thought it had mostly healed up but I really felt it in my left arm doing those overhead pushes today. Had a few hours sleep then went out for a 4 mile walk tonight. Rest day tomorrow.0
