    June Goal: 60 Miles + 30DS......

    June 21-Just Walk-Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan-Monday-3 miles=51 miles total
    I have got to get to 60 before Thursday!!!!!

    bandit5125, 20 miles and over 40000 steps on Saturday is beyond my comprehension :noway: , then I read that you did 10 more miles on Sunday. Hope that your feet are feeling OK today as it sounded like they were quite tired out on Saturday.

    I was exhausted Saturday nite but jumped back into it on sunday. I can't tell you how much the challenges help, it makes me push myself to do better.

    I probably won't see the 40000 again for a while but so happy I did!

    5 advanced miles with Leslie this morning

    90 miles with Leslie to date.

    76 miles outside to date

    166 miles to date total

    goal 125 miles I made my goal for the month!!!! Yeah!!!

    Alex.....I can only hope to one day walk as far as you do. Incredible walking.

    LouAnn... 40,000 steps is amazing. My feet hurt thinking of that many steps. My record is 21,000. LOL

    it was fun but still boggles my mind and the fact that I did it! that amazes me the most!!!! I love this group! oh and I had to take a picture of my phone with the steps shown so I could prove I did it..lol..I was excited!

    What an awesome morning! Wake up and enjoy this lovely day!!! I walked 4.5 miles outside at sunrise this morning and then did 1 Fast Mile with Leslie for a total of 5.5 miles. Then I completed Tony Horton's 10 minute workout twice. I am about to hit the shower and get ready for my grandson to be dropped off for the day. I hope everyone has a wonderful day and smile as you keep on walking.

    Good, good morning friends! Feeling good and thrilled that I met my goal a week early. Another beautiful sunrise and a nice brisk walk. I walked 5.5 miles this morning.


    101 miles thus far this month. My goal was 100. Woot!

    HealthyMom_5, I did a Kelly Coffey workout today. She's tough but her workouts are fun. I love her sense of humor too. I have her 30 Minutes to Fitness Start Here. Lot's of fun and sweat.

    A mile walk to the library (1/2 mile each way)
    1-3 miles on the Treadmill at Gym

    AnnofB - yes, Kelly Coffey is tough! That was my first time trying one of her workouts. Always nice to hear of someone else doing the same thing!

    Lou Ann - hooray for meeting your goal so early! You are inspiring!

    This morning I did "Ramp it Up" from the Slim in Six series. Could not resist getting some walking in, too! Popped in a Leslie DVD for a fast mile, then did some walking outside (one mile) so two miles today.
    34/40 done!

    AnnofB, you walked 17 days of 25 possible and made 53 miles, although you had a lot of commitments. That's terrific :happy:. In the end, showing up is what is important. If you show up, you will loose weight in the long run. That's inevitable.
