Adding another 50 miles for 584 out of 700. Let's see if I can hit goal but the end of the weeks.
I guess that means you got the tires back on your bikes...right? Amazing...you are amazing! Good job!
Chris
Quick release tires on all the bikes and disc breaks on the mountain and fat tire bike make for easy on easy off. I can't wait for disc breaks to be available on road bikes. They aren't available now due to IUC regs on official races. Maybe next year they will allow them. Caliper breaks are a pain compared to disc breaks.
You and Dave are charging right along. Way to go! :drinker: :drinker:0 -

Well it turns out I'm a little too um......mature?........yeah mature to work a really late shift followed by a really early shift the next day. This girl doesn't do so well on three hours sleep anymore. I spent alot of time yesterday with that pleasant blank look on my face while I waited for my sleepy brain to catch up to what was happening. Caught up on sleep last night so I should be back to normal intelligence today.
added 4.75 milles Monday and 2 miles yesterday (I think some of that must have been sleepwalking  )
July total 136 miles
After such a great start to the month, I think I'm joining the turtles this week, I know I can make goal. (fingers crossed)0 -

Even though I haven't posted in a while I have been moving my @ss. It was a busy month for me, but it's behind me now and I'm glad to be back. Here are my fitbit miles through yesterday. I also did a three mile run this morning to ease back into things as I start my marathon training. There's no way I can catch up on all I've missed so I'll just hope you are all well. And thank you HKristine!
