Today was supposed to be a running day, but my knee is giving me trouble so I opted for hip strengthening and yoga instead. no miles, but I did *something*... hoping the knee issue resolves itself ASAP!!0

Taught my first tax class of the year last night. :huh: Went out for a walk yesterday morning to review the material in my head and I lost track of time and distance. :blushing: So, I ended up adding 7 miles walking without really meaning to. Good exercise (and stress relief) but it did take a chunk of time I hadn't planned for. So much for housework (again) :blushing:
