4 miles today. Ran a mile, hoping the hip behaves. I know I reached my goal early because three days wandering the streets of NYC was an anomaly. Looking at my schedule for the rest of the month, I'm going to up my goal to 95 miles :noway: and see what happens. :sick:

Well I am healing slowly, but doubled my riding miles today. As slow as my body is healing, I may not make my goal for the first time ever. :sad: :sad: :sad: My bruises are multicolored today :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile:

Added 1.1 today. I was going to add at least one more mile after my strength training (I did the 1.1 as a warm up), but as soon as I did weighted squats, my knee started killing me IMMEDIATELY. (the pain from Monday had gone away completely so I thought I was okay to try again). I stopped right away, but thought better than to try to run after that.
So disappointing on so many levels. Not sure what to do, other than to not do weighted squats, but I was really hoping those were going to add something new and good to my workout routine. Boo.
