I'm back for another month - This time it's for the motivation to help keep me going (*been lacking it lately*).
Goal for July: 100 miles
July 1st: 10 miles (*Cycling*)
July 1st: 1.5 miles (*Running*)
July 7th: 4.0 miles (*Running*)
July 9th: 12 miles (*Cycling*)
July 9th: .5 miles (*Swimming*)
July 11th-13th: 4.0 miles (*Walking*)
July 16th: 5.5 miles (*Running*)
July 17th: .5 miles (*Swimming*)
July 18th: 12 miles (*Cycling*)
July 18th: 3.25 miles (*Running*)
Total (*so far) = 53.25 miles0 -
Glad I had extra miles the first part of the week. The last 2 days......well......work. It's OK, I'll make up some today.
Added 3 miles on the bike (rode to work, then had to call hubby to come get me that night....it was too dark to ride home safely:grumble: )

Adding 29.2 miles for the last few days.
After driving to and from Boston last saturday (total of a 9 hour in the car), we're driving down to N.H. this weekend for a NHRA race event (another 8 hour drive back and forth). At least I know that I'll be walking a lot on Saturday

7/3 - ran 4.4 miles
7/10 - walked 2.6 miles
7/12 - triathlon - swam .3 miles, run to transition .2 miles, biked 16.8 miles, run 3.4 miles
7/13 - walked 1.2 miles
7/16 - swam 2500 yards = 1.4 miles
7/17 - ran 3.5 miles
