July 18th: 15 miles (*Spin*)
July 18th: 3.25 miles (*Running*)
July 19th: 20.5 miles (*MTB w/ Wike*)

I haven't been online to post but happy to have met my goal for the month!! 54.78 miles so far.

This is the reason I go to the gym at 5 a.m. I overslept this morning and would miss the spinning class. But I'm blessed to have a home gym, so I jumped on my elliptical. I got two measly miles out of my workout before, phonecalls, and "things I just have to get done before work" weakened my resolve. Sigh, so I packed my gym bag and brought it to work to try and hit the gym on my way home this evening. That's always a challenge because there is ALWAYS something to do after work!

@ceci - hope your mom gets better :-)
I will definitely be upping my goal as I am counting fitbit miles and may be doing some stationary bike next month too.
