Please!~ :flowerforyou: I know I wanted to just throw up my hands and walk away earlier this year when work and life conspired to keep me far far away from my original goal. :sad: But, the group here cheered me on for what I was able to accomplish and I learned to back off my goal until my life settled down a bit.Look, I don't want to belittle the goals here, because it is good to have something to work towards, but don't let that number define you or your effort. @CeeCeeMee Adding my two cents in - please don't give up. As someone who started doing this challenge with 30-35 miles and feeling proud of that, any forward movement is good movement. Do what you can, when you can and know you kept moving your *kitten* :flowerforyou:
After a long work weekend and three hours sleep, I'm adding 4.35 miles. I ran 3.1 in 37:14 and am happy with that. My 5K is this Saturday and that was a good for my confidence. The 73 degree gray weather helped a lot.
