Back from my trip to the Smokey Mountains. (sigh ) I wish I could have stayed longer (or forever :laugh: ) But I do feel better able to tackle the day to day stuff now.
Wednesday 14 miles hiking (We overdid it a bit that day)
Thursday 5 miles walking and light hiking
Friday 11.5 miles hiking
Saturday 4.5 miles walking (traveling home day, I'm proud I made the time to get over 4 miles in. )

I'm waiting a day or two to see where I want to set my goal for the rest of the month. (Since I will make my original goal today or tomorrow).

Great day for a ride, Smoke from a fire 15 miles away didn't arrive until the last 5 miles. Hit goal and a great way to end the calendar week. Hip slowly healing so bonus miles are a great thing.
