I think this will help my boost my weight loss, I feel like I am stuck. I just bought banish fat boost metabolism and will try it out tonight, I hope this helps. I have only been losing like a pound or two a month. :grumble:0

I'm in! I think this will be a perfect motivator to help me stay on track for the holidays. I am traveling over the next few weeks, and was already dreading not being able to get to my gym. I was contemplating starting P90X so that I could take the DVDs on the road with me. Jillian rocks too, so I am looking forward to this challenge.0

I botched the ripped in 30 challenge after the 30 day shred. But I sure need you guys in order for me to get it done, so I'm down for this one!!0

This program will make it 3 months straight of Jillian...I must be insane! That being said, I'm excited for this. I think I might get her yoga dvd as well and throw that in once in a while. I'll be starting a day or two late becuase I'm leaving Sunday to drive home for the holidays and it will take a couple days. But, I'll get caught up.0

I would always love to join in again. This will be my 3rd time around, and I like it. Always late to finish previous workout (ripped) but still focusing to move on and do it all at the same time.Still have to do 6 more workout of week 4 in ripped. but I will start the day 1 in this challenge. 30 DS here we go again!0

180 cals per HRM, mixed 5 and 8# weights
Woohoo so pumped to start this challenge!!!
But I forgot how much I hate the soundtrack on Shred, lol.
Tomorrow I'm going to do Level 3 instead of Level 2 cause I loathe level 2.

I used the cardio database for circuit training. Seems a bit high, but that's the only thing I have to rely on right now. I need a HRM!!!0 -
Well, well, much to my surprise, day one finished. I went ahead and did the shred level 3 because I thought it was my favorite, but now I'm not so sure! I'm already wary of if I can do those other videos, aren't they an hour long! SHEESH! Hopefully I can handle it!!!0

how many push ups do you guys do on level 1 for 30 seconds (not the two sets combined)?
I can only do 30 and i feel so tired and after that the second one i start doing girl push ups and only do 10. been doing this for 5-6 days and my push ups is barely increasing.0 -
Day 1 Level 1 done! I burned 200 w/HRM. So looking forward to the mixing of the dvd's! I like the fact that this challenge is so simple...I'm in another on that starts at 1-1-12 and it's extremely detailed! Thanks for starting this and coming up with the schedule! Good luck to all of ya'll!0

I will do some JM workout as soon as I finish Ripped in 30. I did
W4 D5 yesterday. Will finish Day6 today and 7 tomorrow and then get right into the next dvd. Thinking of staying with you but doing the Extreme Shred. Who knows? It will be something. I have been maintaining since the Halloween candy busted out. Just want to get through the holidays at the same weight and then hunker down for some weight loss in January.

200 cals per HRM
Looking forward to No More Trouble Zones tomorrow--looks like mainly strength, no circuits or cardio, so 50 mins should be doable. More muscle means more calories burned each day!

Do whatever works for you! I'll be subbing Ripped in 30 sometimes for Shred cause level 1 Shred is too easy for me now--I've gotten stronger!0
