Day21, 30DS week 3 done, on 1-19-2012.
Day 22, RI30 week 3, done! 1-23-2012.
Had to do something a little different today!

3 more JM workouts and I'm on to Chalean Extreme and C25K if my once-broken ankle will allow it!

Felt great!
Definitely haven't seen a movement in the scale with this challenge, but I haven't been able to workout a straight 6 days a week like I would like to! I am also not always doing the double videos either. I am so spoiled with the quick workouts of her 30DS and RI30! Just harder to make time for that extra workout!0 -
Skipped Jillian yesterday. But, I had a 2 hour roller derby practice, so I think she'll let me slide.0

I'm still pushing along Down to my last I believe 5 days of the shred!! I'm going to start the shred it with weights next. I'm so excited about the kettlebell!!0

Ugh, I'm realizing I need to do strength BEFORE I do cardio -- I'm finding I'm too wiped out otherwise.
So I did 45 mins ellip and 15 mins NMTZ today (day 27) Gonna see if I can get the other 15 in after work today. Jeesh I feel like a weenie!!!! :sad: :sad: :sad:0 -
Day24.....RI30, done!
Again I went off the plan and did something different. Just really liked the RI30 dvd!
Still haven't seen the scale move this month, and it sounds like many others are in the same situation. I guess the way I look at it is............... I haven't gone up on the scale and I have been maintaining! I am still exercising and that right there is better than NOT doing anything at all for my body! If I look back at my goals, one of them is to get healthier and for my kids to see me taking care of my body by exercising. So I guess, hitting a plataeu is not my favorite thing, but....... I am reaching the other goals I have set for myself! So, my bucket is half FULL! :happy: :flowerforyou: :happy:0 -
So after two crazy days of not getting to workout at all :grumble: I finally got to finish day 30!!!!

I was stuck on day 22. I'm still pushing myself. I did day 23 with NMTZ this morning 3am. Will work it out tonight for day 24 with BFBM. I am only using this two workout on alternate days.0
