AT the beginning of Jan, I tried 30 Day Shred. Did that for a couple weeks, hit every level and got bored with it so I switched to Ripped in 30. Yesterday was my first day on Level 1. Starting weight 123 but am looking to mostly tone and get more lean muscle:) Good Luck to you ALL!0

D-19 done, NMTZ. I almost forgot how intense that one is, but it's done and I'm feeling good. Still a little shaky from not moving all that much in the car, but this is really helping.0

Life has been mad since my last post here, I have now done 2 days of shred level 2, goodness knows where that leaves me in the grand scheme of things, I am trying to get back in the game, or somewhere in it!!!
What results are people seeing?

I skipped out on day 27 yesterday to go to a zumba class, but just completed it today! Substituted SIWW for 30DS, it is one of my fav workouts too!

I forgot to post my workout yesterday. did the BFBM for my day 19.0

Took a day off from Jillian -- did elliptical instead. I pulled my lower lat doing my workout on Tuesday so I tried to avoid using my lats today to rest them. Back at it tomorrow.

I have a balance ball DVD I want to try and use my wii and treadmill for cardio. (for 30 days)
I also am thinking about trying a kettlebell workout. Any suggestions?
Will this group fall apart or can we just keep posting what we are doing?0 -
D20 done, did Extreme Shed and Shred L1. Still a little out of practice, but I'm sticking with it.0

Actually Jillian has a great 2 part Kettlebell workout: Shred It with Weights -- I love it. Both workouts are 30 mins
I like the idea of continuing the group. Tammi--what if you started a new group where folks could be doing whatever they want but check in daily? I'd join in! I plan to do Chalean Extreme mixed with JM workouts (mostly the kettlebell Shred It with Weights DVD) and NMTZ. What do you think??? YOu could invite all the fine folks here as well as others you want.0 -

I've been very busy these past few days that I couldn't do my workout. too bad for me. anyway i still doing my best to get back on track. my day 20 is done this afternoon.0

Took a couple days off... but started back yesterday, day 28 done!!
Zumba this morning, but if I am motivated later I may try to squeeze in another workout.
Love the idea of the new group.... I'm gonna go look for it right now!!

My eyes were bigger than my stomach so to speak when it came to exercising today. I did 600 cals of cardio this morning and now I'm wiped.

Got through D23, NMTZ. Then got carried away dancing with the Wii. All in all, I burned over 1000 calories and am ready to relax with a nice cocktail.0

I love the idea of this new group! That way we can compare different workouts and give each other NEW suggestions of maybe different dvd's or challenges! Great idea!0
