I was able to complete day 13 this morning. Hopefully I will be able to squeeze in another workout today.... depends on if I every get to leave the office.. its tough to go back to work after being off for sooo long0

Yay I'm finally caught up...for now at least. Up to D16 today, did L1 and L2 of Extreme Shed and Shred today to catch up. It was really hard because I had an embarrassing moment New Years Eve (possibly involving wine) where I tripped and landed on my left knee. It's really sore and bruised, so anything like lunges, squats ect. was painful. But, I sucked it up and got through. Serves me right anyway.0

Soooo, what days are everyone on? Because I know I'm officially a week behind now, but I was just trying to figure out how hard I'm going to be working to try and catch back up! :P
I just finish D12. I am behind and doing 2 a day this week to catch up0 -
I was behind 2 days but now 3. I had an early meeting today and didn't get my workout in, then the whole day fell apart at work (welcome back from 9 days off!!!). I just got home and the only bicep curl I'll be doing is the one that involves wine.
There's always tomorrow, sigh.0 -

Day 16 done and have to say I'm quite impressed what my body is capable of. Can't wait for the final results (measuring and weighing) at the end of the 30 days challenge :drinker:0

I hope I'm not catching your cold, lol. Hope you are feeling better! I am feeling off this morning -- didn't sleep well at all last night and I have a headache and am tired. Have most of the day off so hoping I will feel better later on for a workout.
This challenge is really a challenge! Way harder than just doing Shred or Ripped every day. I am really proud of myself and all of us for sticking with it. GREAT WORK! :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:0 -
Had to have a day off yesterday. Must have torn a muscle (abs) while doing pipe crunches the last time :sad: . So today I will do my workout but cardio only.
BUT: I'm losing weight again yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh:happy:0 -
Day 15 NMTZ DONE!
Since I started JM in mid-October I've done back to back JM workouts and very little cardio (running, walking, elliptical, etc). In this time I have gained a ton of muscle and gotten much stronger, but my weight isn't dropping much. Over my muscle is a little fat layer I'm getting impatient with.
With this particular JM multi challenge there is almost double the workout time of a typical JM series (almost an hour vs. 30 mins) I am finding myself t-i-r-e-d!
I decided yesterday that I'm going to start alternating this JM challenge with cardio, so I won't be doing JM every day. My muscles just need more rest than they're getting. I find when I've had a day of rest or strictly cardio that when I come back to a JM circuit workout I feel stronger and my calorie burns are higher.
I'll keep checking in every day, but don't be surprised at how much slower I'll be ticking off the workouts here than you guys.

I'm still hanging in, haven't been feeling so great like many others.
I was able to finish day 17... at this point (with my busy season at work starting) I really doubt I will be able to do 2 workouts a day so I am not going to worry about "catching up" I am just gonna keep trudging along and finish a few days late0 -
Day14,NMTZ....complete! Was definitely a good feeling to get thru this workout after being sick I could tell I'm still a little weak from the cold I had, but felt darn good to sweat!0

just 9 days left and everything going to plan. I can see and feel abs, I'm so much stronger and have even lost weight. Couldn't ask for more0

Sorry for not checking in here. I am still with you guys. Just had a really hard time during my TOM. This was the longest day I haven't workout(4). I still need to catch up and I felt so behind with all of you. I do miss my workout so here I am again. Day 13 NMTZ done tonight.I think I will feel some of these DOMS tomorrow.0

Day15, 30DS, Level3..... Complete. Workout went well, still sore from Saturday's NMTZ. Scale not moving, either way, but not doing any extra cardio. Noida have lotsbof basketball right now so trying to fit everything in.0
