I have just finished my day 15. combination of 30 ds li and 4 circuits of nmtz, I just did the last 4 circuits in nmtz. i can now feel some muscle soreness.0

OK so I haven't posted here in a few days but I am still chugging along with my shred. Level 2 Day 1 completed yesterday and Ill be doing day 2 today along with my additional cardio My 3 month weigh in is tomorrow and as of 12/30 I was 2 pounds away from meeting the 10 pound goal. Can't wait to see the measurements!!0

I have dropped off the map with this challenge. Unfortunately my Nan died suddenly on new year's day and last week I flew back to Ireland for the funeral. I started back at work after Xmas yesterday and I've been exhausted although I did make it to the gym today, so I am hoping to get back with JM in the next day or two.
Damn you lot that stuck out the challenge must be so foxy now!!!xx0 -
Just completed day 20. I do believe that BFBM is my favorite workout of this series.... I did get her new dvd in the mail today, think I will sub it in for tomorrow's workout.0

Still going to stick with my plan to alternate cardio and strength, but I'll check in regularly. Sorry I disappeared for a few days -- took Sunday off for rest then was sick Mon/Tues.

Day 21 in the bag! Substituted in ES&S, did level 1 and most of level 2, tough workout! I was pretty impressed with myself...very few of the modifiers!

I'm mixing the days all around to incorporate more cardio-- DAY 20 BFBM done!
Got a great calorie burn. Sticking with my plan to alternate strength/cardio each day. If I have any energy left after work I'll do a 30DS....

Just finished day 24. I find it amazing how much my endurance has improved. I completed the whole Dvd with no quick breaks and the only thing I modified was the second set of the moving planks!
I am not loosing any weight, but that doesn't shock me, I am just proud that I am getting the workouts in :bigsmile:0 -
Just got home last night from my trip to see my parents. Took my time on the drive home so it took 3 days. I'm so far behind but I'm gonna get back into it. I decided to not try and double up all my workouts till I get caught up, but just do the challenge for longer. That way I don't intimidate myself or discourage myself. I'm giving myself the weekend to recover from the drive then Monday I'll be back in the game with D18, hoping thats ok.0

Hi All!
Took a couple days off...my BF's son was in town and we were busy entertaining. Made up for it today by doing JM's Shred It with Weights -- she uses kettle bells (which I love) and the DVD has 2 workouts, level 1 and 2. I hadn't done it before and did both and OMG am I sweating like a pig!
So, day 19 done for me (SIWW instead of NMTZ). Still trying to mix things up for maximum results.

I agree doubling up on this challenge is really hard. I did it for a few days and wore myself out. It's double the work of doing just a 30DS or RI30 challenge, so easy does it. I keep reminding myself that slow and steady wins the race. Welcome back!0 -
Ok I'm back in the game, just finished D18. Did Extreme Shed and Shred, ooooooh it's only been a week or so and I feel so out of practice. For Christmas santa got me a Wii and Jillian's workout game, so I'm gonna try it out later and see how it is. I probably won't use it to sub for any of these workouts, but thought it was pretty cool. I'll let you know how it goes.0

Day19 30DS, level 1, with 3 Circuits of NMTZ! Felt so good when I finished! Got pretty shaky during the end of the second video, but felt so good since I didn't get a workout in over the weekend.0
