Nothing like being around my daughter to make me the queen of moderation. One nice glass of wine last night, thank you very much. Vegas is going well. My granddaughter is just beautiful and I am liking this whole grandma thing

I hear ya on the doggy and kitty commercials. Sometimes just too hard to watch. I love my fur kids soooo much I don't get how people can be so cruel.0 -

I usually do to, but I was hungry last night and if I had the shot I would have also ate the food....so I stuck with the food! Extremely rare occasion for me, extremely :laugh:0 -

Hubs and I decided to go out tonight for happy hour. He has two job interviews lined up and hopefully will get away from this micro-manager guy that's harrassing him. I mean, really? My hubs is 52, retired honorable Army guy and your going to tell him what to do and coach him. The guy is a sniveling snake who takes credit from everyone else. I hate people like that. So, hopefully, one of these will pan out and he will say, "F-off, here's your two weeks. Oh, and you can coach someone else"0 -

I'm with you Mama Lush, I love my 5 fur babies to pieces and I always look at them when I see or hear of these terrible things happening and just cannot comprehend how people do these things. One of the many reasons I'm not a human being fan.
On the booze front, too much last night with not enough grub, who knows if there will be some wine tonight but I'm taking today as a rest day and I'll make it up on Sunday. Just ordered a turkey grinder and greek salad, SO hungry!0 -
My resolve not to drink is so strong in the mornings, but now that its 315 and I only have 1hr left of work, a cocktail is calling my name DAMN IT!!!!!0

Hahaha, I talked myself into having wine later tonight. My weigh in tomorrow went out the window as soon as Aunt Flo came to town, it's like a free pass!! Must take advantage haha, I'll be good for the next week, I always lose my appetite when she comes so next weeks weigh in should be great *crosses fingers*0 -

I've found in the past if I drink a lot of water that I don't bloat as much and I don't gain hoooowever I have not been up on my water so definitely a little bloat, thinking the booze last night didn't help. I will for sure enjoy my wine and shows

Forgot to mention, I'm probably knee deep in wine haha. What happened to our Faith? Am I the new boozy poster? I would also love to say that my lushes on this thread are amazing. I love that we can all post what we drink, how often we drink and we don't judge You can say it's the wine but being able to open up to my lushes really helps me, so thank you 0

I just got back from the eye Dr (1yr since Lasik), so if my spelling is off...its cause I can't see, forgot they were dilating me today...should be able to get tons done this morning :laugh:0 -

I caved and drank 1/2 a bottle of Gumdale Siraz-Cabernet last night. I really do so much better when the Husband is out of town...I am easily influenced, lol. I will try to behave this weekend to make up for lushyness last night.0 -
