Katie, I think we need to talk about your macros. I think they are beyond unrealistic. And to take in as much sodium as you did today and not have any water logged?? You're killing me!!!

You purposely didn't eat today? That's not good.

Not neglecting anything. Just needed my body to rest for a full day...no exercise, no forcing calories...just doing some things around the house and relaxing. This workout is really a shock to your system and is kicking my *kitten*. I will complete it but I think an extra recovery day here and there are going to be necessary for me.0 -

Beautiful weekend here in NY, unfortunately it's my travel weekend and I won't be able to work out in my yard. I could burn tons and tons of calories but it will have to wait until next week.
I do plan on getting my stationary bike exercise in when I'm done here.
Hope everyone has a peaceful, wonderful mother's day weekend. Don't go overboard on breakfast tomorrow - choose wisely!!!

1 1/2 workouts today. 1025 calories burned. Also having little man's b-day party tonight at the YMCA (swimming).
Feeling good. Scale isn't moving but cranking out push ups like I'm gettin' paid for it!0 -

Not neglecting anything. Just needed my body to rest for a full day...no exercise, no forcing calories...just doing some things around the house and relaxing. All I have to say is today was difficult.
Ate all the no-no's I usually refrain from. We were supposed to go walking in DC again but my teenage daughter didn't finish her homework in time, so no exercise for me today.
I'll get back on track (hopefully) tomorrow with that trip on the Mall.

I may or may not have sedated my gallbladder with two very large glasses of chardonnay last night. Whatever happened, I don't have any pain today, so I'm planning on racking up some high numbers with my workout today.0

Got a lot going on, my front yard looks like an overgrown mini-forest. I absolutely hate gardening, my hands are arthritic and I pay for it the next day, allergies are in full bloom, and basically I have no time to exercise because of the weeding needing need to be done! Plus, it takes up 45 to an hour to just get a SMALL amount cleaned up because it's in such horrific shape and I'm not even detailing it.
We won't even mention the back yard!0 -

Sounds like cardio to me! My biggest burn so far was putting the garden in. It adds up. Arthritis is a problem, though. :-/0 -

I'm soooo excited!!! Yesterday (for ONLY 5 min I tried the crosstrainer at PF. The elliptical bothers my achilles tendonitis. Today I could put 19 min. on the machine before it started bothering me. I am so pumped! I probably could have put more time in, but I started picking up speed and felt in wearing down my achilles So, I finished 10 min. on the stationary bike and then went to the weight machines.
Game plan for Thursday: PT after work, straight to the gym to get on that Cross trainer :happy: :happy: :happy:
Home: Grilling my Sirloin Steak which is marinating in the fridge.
Permission to drink please: I've been bad and drank 3 glasses of wine tonight. Would really love, love, love to have a beer while grilling. If I keep my calories in line can I enjoy a beer or two? If you guys say no, I understand and appreciate you looking out for my best interest.

Thursday is a restart for me after 2 crappy days. I am exhausted and frustrated. I'm sure you've seen my update about the accident today so that has me irked. I love my job but it has sucked the past 24 hours. We are just about to hit the 90 day mark on the offer we have on a house and bank of america and the attorney for the sellers don't seem to be in any rush. Grrrr!!!
Today I never stopped....accident while going to work early, paperwork for last nights incidents at work, insurance stuff for old and new accident, managed Subway for lunch after a protein shake, a Reese's and a Kit Kat for breakfast, pick up my car from repair shop, drop off rental (with new damage), baseball practice for little man, dinner (porkloin and nothing else), baths for the boys and finally MFP @ 8:30. OH! I had a Dr. Pepper today because I was in a meeting, couldn't get out to get water and the soda machine was in the room.
Thanks for letting me whine!
Thursday is back on the routine!

Today is Thursday and I'm feeling energized and ready to have a good day! Great T-storm last night helped me sleep better.
I promise to be back to my old self of harassing...I mean supporting and encouraging each of you! No more incomplete diaries, drinking water, eating right, sodium and sugar levels at respectable amounts. Let's go people!0 -

Guess whose gallbladder sucks? I can feel it fading, so it wasn't a bad. Just really irritating now.
I plan on some intense cardio today. And eating protein without spiking my fat intake.0 -

I looked up names... I can't just go see a surgeon without a referral from a GP, so now I have to set up some hoops to jump through. Sigh.
Just bad timing for scheduling because we're finalizing our home buying, yard sale organization, and inspections, renos, etc. I've also put off the dentist for 6 months. Ok. You don't have to look at me like that. I'll call!0 -
Wife N Mama, please call your GP on Friday and get an appt. for a referral, your health is the most impotant thing. I hope you can get in, you never know what can happen!
I went to Physical Therapy today, only two more sessions left, then a doctor's appt. the following week. Hopefully he'll say I do not need to keep going, will discuss having surgery in November on my other foot.
Went home and grilled my steak and drank ONE beer - pat me on the back!!! Sat on my back deck and enjoy a wonderful evening with my husband.
Got my bike ride in so all in all, I feel a had a successful day0 -

Don't know if I'm getting my workout in. Lots of stuff around the house today. Kickass eating too.
So, progress on buying the new house is awful. we have decided to move in and pay a rental fee until Bank of America decides to get off the F#$*ing *kitten*! This has been the worst experience for what we believe is our dream home in our dream location. Hopefully in the next 10 days we'll be moving...which will make working in our current house easier before our renters move in.0
