Hi, you can add me. I am 45 and about 30 lbs overweight. I needs some meal and food idea's. I have a boyfriend who loves to eat and we can really chow down together. Looks like 3 is the magic number for kids! I'm 46 years old, will be 47 in August and I also have 3 children. I sit on my butt all day as a switchboard operator for 7 Hospitals! I need to lose 50 pounds! I've alsways struggled with the extra 20 pounds, but then I quit smoking and added another 30 pounds and now I can't for the life of me get any of it off! I don't like to run. I get bored with the gym, but I've recently found Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and I'm liking the 20 minute work out! I would love to hear what the trick is for us forty somethings! Add me, I need all the support I can get and I love to encourage others! It's a journey and I'm here for the long *kitten* haul!0

I too could use some friends/support. I'm 44, married, work full-time and have a 7 year old daughter. My goal is to work out 6 times a week, 3 days heavy weight, 3 days low intensity cardio and/or running. Starting with walking first before I get back into running. Hope to get to know a lot of you!0

I'd love to join too! I am a 44 year old mom to 6 kids and a Realtor so I spend most of my days in a car, on the phone or on my computer. I decided this is the year for me. My husband stopped eating dairy, (which was a huge deal as he would eat about 3 gallons of ice cream and as much milk in a week) and he lost 35 pounds. I cut out the dairy and lost 2! What a rip off! lol I need to drop 40 pounds for my health.0
