I'm (barely!) 5'6'' and about 125 lbs. I'd love to hear what you guys think my body fat is (skin calipers have given me between 19 and 22% but that feels low?).

For some reason every time I try to link my pictures it says they've been deleted or moved, so here's the link to the album. Sorry about the inconvenience!

You can't have spaces in the photo album name or picture name.

    Doh! Thank you!

Hey guys, just looking for a rough body fat % estimate.

    i'm currently 63.3kg, and 5"6.

Photos are a little dodgy because I had to take them in the mirror.
    All photos are relaxed.

Hello guys and thanks for everything you do here.

I'd like a rough estimate on bf% to help build a more concrete plan.

Pics are as unflattering as they can get

    Hi!

It's a bit hard to assess specifically due to the relatively small changes to body composition. However, we can tell that you have lost some fat off your stomach and have leaned out in your back as we can see more definition there.

    Hi,

Hope these are usable. Quite keen to get your estimates - every machine I try comes up with a completely different number!
    I'm approx 6'1" and weight approx 79kg (174lbs)

    Thanks ....

flexed and not flexed (I actually can't tell the difference!)

Hi! Sorry for the delay - we got a bit behind here.

We would put you at about 13 - 14%, give or take.

so you don't know where i would sit body fat wise? what percentage? that is how i am determining if what i am doing is working to lose body fat or if i need to change something....

The changes are too small to peg a specific point from last time - you look to be lower than we last assessed however and so are heading in the right direction.

Hi, I would place myself somewhere in the 20-25% range, according to those online pic estimators, and the navy measuring test. Would you say the same? Thanks so much for doing this, it's a great help!

These photos were taken today. I hope that these show up. This is the first time I have posted pics in a thread.

I am 5' 5" and weigh in at 138lb. I have been using fat2fit body fat calculators and know that my body fat % has dropped, I am just trying to get a realistic idea based on visual comparison.

If you could be so kind, can you remove my photos after you have agreed and responded?

Sorry these are so big. I don't know how to resize yet.

This is all I have for now... these were taken about a month ago, but it'd still be helpful to know about where I *was*. I'll repost next time I take progress photos. I am 5'5" tall, and I currently weigh ~122lbs.

I used all 3 calculators on Fat2Fit and averaged that out, but I'm still interested to know your thoughts. :)
