Hi, I would place myself somewhere in the 20-25% range, according to those online pic estimators, and the navy measuring test. Would you say the same? Thanks so much for doing this, it's a great help!

I'm less than 10 lbs from my goal weight but I think I need to lose more. :ohwell: I would love to get a better idea of my body fat percentage to guide me from that point. I'm a teacher so I'm not comfortable posting pics like you need on here. Are you still accepting pics via PM? Do you need my measurements or just height and weight? Thanks!0

These photos were taken today. I hope that these show up. This is the first time I have posted pics in a thread.
I am 5' 5" and weigh in at 138lb. I have been using fat2fit body fat calculators and know that my body fat % has dropped, I am just trying to get a realistic idea based on visual comparison.
If you could be so kind, can you remove my photos after you have agreed and responded?
Sorry these are so big. I don't know how to resize yet.
from what I see from other pictures you look about 24-26%0 -
This is all I have for now... these were taken about a month ago, but it'd still be helpful to know about where I *was*. I'll repost next time I take progress photos. I am 5'5" tall, and I currently weigh ~122lbs.
I used all 3 calculators on Fat2Fit and averaged that out, but I'm still interested to know your thoughts.

From OP:
Other people are welcome to participate in providing estimates provided you're reasonably good at it or experienced at some capacity. Please be well aware that we are looking for accuracy and not sugar-coating or padding someones feelings, just being blunt here. If you have done estimates before then feel free to chime in.

REPOSTING INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: If you would like an estimate, you are required to post your photos in this thread or in a PM. We will no longer be doing estimates by looking in your profiles. Please label your pics as flexed or relaxed, accordingly.
Did you read the above? Testing? Is this thing on?
Hello ladies and gentlemen,
For a while at bodybuilding.com, I would contribute to the bodyfat estimation thread where people would post photos for an estimate. I think this would be a good feature to have here. If you would like an estimate, please post links to your photos in this thread. Generally speaking, at a bare minimum you should post a front relaxed and a front flexed photo. The more photos you post and in reasonable lighting, the more accurate we will be able to estimate.
It goes without saying that at higher bodyfat percentages it becomes more difficult.
This thread is simply for people to get an estimate as needed. I'll gladly guess for both genders but I'll be more accurate on males. Insert joke here. (Actually don't, lets keep this thread clean).
Other people are welcome to participate in providing estimates provided you're reasonably good at it or experienced at some capacity. Please be well aware that we are looking for accuracy and not sugar-coating or padding someones feelings, just being blunt here. If you have done estimates before then feel free to chime in.
Ladies, please also provide at least a relaxed side-pic. The relaxed pic should be with your arms down and to the front/side so you are not stretching. Also, the pics need to show your legs, at least from the knees up. Also, please provide a back pic - at least a relaxed one, but a flexed would also be useful. The pics need to be candid pics and not at flattering angles/body positions.
Additionally, please provide height and weight.

Narcissa87Hello guys and thanks for everything you do here.
I'd like a rough estimate on bf% to help build a more concrete plan.
Pics are as unflattering as they can get
