I had 10 miles the first week of October (I mistakenly thought I had 13, but I realized that the first run of that week was September 30 ).
Last week I had 16.75 miles.
Total so far: 26.75/50
This week I should have around 18 or so to add to the total. I know I won't "win" the challenge, but I will probably make it to 50 by the end of the month! Yay me!0 -

Walked some today but didnt keep track of distance. And going shopping so will get lots of recovery in. Got a nasty blister on my foot! Oh well more cushion!0

10/13: 2.5-mile run...C25K 30-second runs and 60-second walks plan. I was working on my speed and switched it up a bit by running as fast as I could for 30 seconds, slowing it down a bit for the first 30 seconds (to my normal running pace, which is really more of a jog. lol) of the walk interval, and then walking the remaining 30 seconds.0

Agreed! I am really excited that I'm probably going to make/break 50 miles this month!! 6 months ago that would have seemed totally impossible that I would actually be able to run that far in a month.0 -

4 miles total yesterday (3 miles and then 8 strides, which covered another mile). Total so far = 30.75/50.0

I'm a day behind schedule. I had a boyscout camp out this weekend which didn't leave me time for a run. But that's okay! I walked over 9 miles on the one day - just can't count it here due to it wasn't C25K training time.0 -
